1. CONSTRUCTION / CIVIL ENGINEER
Job description will be:
• Construct cultural buildings based on Central Kalimantan cultural standards.
• Develop plan and design by following construction and local Central Kalimantan cultural building standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

• Extensive knowledge of maintaining mobile mining and drilling equipment.
• Able to liaise with the production personnel on equipment maintenance and utilization requirements.
• Be self-motivated and a strong team leader with a minimum of 5 years supervisory supervision.
• Have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Maintain equipment to a high degree meeting all maintenance KPI s.
4. DRILL MECHANIC
• Minimum 5 year s experience working in an open cut mine maintaining drill rigs.

• Maintain equipment at 90% availability and meet other maintenance KPI s.

Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia membuka pendaftaran Pengadaan Calon Pegawai negeri Sipil (CPNS)Tahun Anggaran 2010 untuk mengisi formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan RI yang akan ditempatkan di Kejaksaan seluruh Indonesia sebanyak 1.583, dengan perincian sebagai berikut :

I. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Umum
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun;
3. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum yang tetap karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana dan/atau tidak dalam proses peradilan perkara pidana;
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Swasta.
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil / Pegawai Negeri Sipil;
6. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan;
7. Berkelakuan baik;
8. Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
9. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau Negara lain yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah.
10. Bersedia melepaskan dari Jabatan Pengurus dan/atau anggota partai politik pada saat dinyatakan lulus ujian penyaringan, apabila yang bersangkutan pada saat melamar menjadi pengurus dan/atau anggota partai politik.
11. Lulus penyaringan yang diselenggarakan oleh Panitia Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia.
B. Persyaratan Khusus.
1. Pelamar Sarjana (S.1)
a. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 28 (dua puluh delapan) tahun pada saat lamaran diajukan.
b. Belum pernah menikah dan bersedia tidak akan menikah sampai dengan diangkat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
c. Tidak buta warna, tidak cacat fisik, tidak bertato, tidak bertindik (khusus untuk laki-laki) dan bebas Narkoba serta mempunyai postur badan yang ideal dengan tinggi badan untuk laki-laki minimal 160 cm dan perempuan 155 cm;
d. Berijazah komputer pada program Microsoft Office dan pengoperasian internet.
e. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dibuktikan dengan nilai TOEFL minimal 400 atau IELTS minimal 5;
f. Telah memiliki Ijazah S.1 sesuai formasi yang dibutuhkan pada saat melamar dan memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) serendah-rendahnya 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
g. Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi minimal B, kecuali untuk propinsi tertentu yang akan ditetapkan oleh Jaksa Agung RI.
h. Untuk menguji kemampuan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil sesuai huruf d dan e harus dilakukan oleh Lembaga Independen dan terakreditasi.
2. Pelamar Diploma III
a. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 27 (dua puluh tujuh) tahun pada saat lamaran diajukan.
b. Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak akan menikah sampai dengan diangkat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
c. Tidak buta warna, tidak cacat fisik, tidak bertato, tidak bertindik (khusus untuk laki-laki) dan bebas Narkoba serta mempunyai postur badan yang ideal dengan tinggi badan untuk laki-laki minimal 160 cm dan perempuan 155 cm;
d. Berijazah computer pada program microscoft office.
e. Telah memiliki Ijazah D.III sesuai formasi yang dibutuhkan pada saat melamar dan memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) serendah-rendahnya 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
f. Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi;
g. Untuk menguji kemampuan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil sesuai huruf d dan e harus dilakukan oleh Lembaga Independen dan terakreditasi.
3. Pelamar Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum atau sederajat
a. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada saat lamaran diajukan.
b. Tidak buta warna, tidak cacat fisik dan mental, tidak bertato, tidak bertindik (khusus untuk laki-laki) dan bebas Narkoba serta mempunyai postur badan yang ideal dengan tinggi badan laki-laki minimal 160 cm dan perempuan minimal 155 cm.
c. Memiliki Sertifikat ketrampilan Bela Diri / Pelatihan Satuan Pengamanan bagi pelamar Pengaman Tahanan dan Barang Bukti atau Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) minimal A bagi pelamar Pengemudi Kendaraan Tahanan;
d. Memiliki nilai dalam Ijazah minimal rata-rata 7,00 (tujuh koma nol nol) atau Nilai Rata-Rata Ujian Nasional ( NEM/NUN/UAN) minimal 5,00 (lima koma nol nol).
e. Khusus untuk Formasi Pengemudi Kendaraan Tahanan hanya menerima pelamar laki-laki.
4. Bagi pelamar S.1 (Sarjana Hukum) pada persyaratan Khusus harus berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi minimal B, kecuali untuk perguruan tinggi asal propinsi ( Kejaksaan Tinggi ) tertentu yang ditetapkan oleh Jaksa Agung (terakreditasi minimal C) dan mendaftar di Kejaksaan Tinggi setempat adalah sebagai berikut :

5. Bagi pelamar selain Sarjana Hukum bersedia menyatakan tidak akan mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pembentukan Jaksa (PPPJ) dan tidak diangkat menjadi Jaksa selama menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan RI, dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh yang bersangkutan diatas materai dan dilampirkan dalam berkas pada saat mengajukan lamaran.
6. Bagi pelamar Sarjana Hukum (calon jaksa) apabila diterima sebagai CPNS Kejaksaan RI tidak otomatis dapat mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pembentukan Jaksa (PPPJ) tetapi harus lulus seleksi sebagai peserta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pembentukan Jaksa sesuai persyaratan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
II. BERKAS LAMARAN
A. Setiap pelamar harus mendaftar sendiri (tidak dapat diwakilkan), dengan menyerahkan 2 (dua) berkas lamaran, yang terdiri dari :
1. Surat lamaran yang ditulis tangan sendiri dan ditujukan kepada Jaksa Agung Muda Pembinaan U.p. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian Kejaksaan Agung RI
2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup singkat, ditulis tangan sendiri
3. Foto copy Ijazah dan transkrip nilai akademik yang telah dilegalisir sesuai ketentuan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) bagi pelamar S.I, D.III dan SMU atau sederajat sebagai berikut :
* Universitas oleh Rektor / Dekan / Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik
* Sekolah Tinggi oleh Ketua / Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik
* Akademi dan Politeknik oleh Direktur dan Pembantu Direktur Bidang Akademik
* SMU atau sederajat oleh Kepala Sekolah yang bersangkutan ( bagi lulusan SMU atau sederajat Negeri ), oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Kabid / Kasubdin atau yang setingkat dan berkompeten pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kantor Depag Kab / Kota ( bagi lulusan SMU atau sederajat Swasta ).
4. Foto copy sertifikat / Ijazah komputer (bagi pelamar S.1 dan D.III), Sertifikat Bela Diri / Pelatihan Satuan Pengamanan atau Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) minimal A (bagi pelamar SMU atau sederajat ) yang dilegalisir oleh instansi / lembaga yang mengeluarkan.
5. Foto copy sertifikat / Ijazah TOEFL bahasa Inggris yang dilegalisir oleh instansi / lembaga yang mengeluarkan (bagi pelamar S.1)
6. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari POLRI yang telah dilegalisir yang berlaku pada saat melamar.
7. Foto copy Kartu Tanda Peduduk (KTP) yang dilegalisir oleh instansi / lembaga yang mengeluarkan.
8. Surat Keterangan berbadan sehat dari dokter Puskesmas / Rumah Sakit Pemerintah (asli dan foto copy)
9. Surat Keterangan belum menikah dari Lurah / Kepala Desa (asli dan foto copy) bagi pelamar S.1 dan D.III.
10. Pas foto terbaru hitam putih ukuran 3 cm x 4 cm sebanyak 10 lembar (laki-laki tidak berambut panjang)
11. Kecuali pelamar S.1 Hukum (calon Jaksa) membuat Surat Pernyataan bersedia tidak akan mengikuti Pendididkan dan Pelatihan Pembentukan Jaksa (PPPJ) dan tidak diangkat menjadi Jaksa selama menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan RI.

III. PENDAFTARAN
A. Tempat pendaftaran :
Bertempat di Kejaksaan Agung dan Kejaksaan Tinggi seluruh Indonesia kecuali Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta
a. Kejaksaan Agung di Jakartamenerima pendaftaran pelamar yang memiliki KTP DKI Jakarta.
b. Kejaksaan Tinggi di seluruh Indonesia kecuali Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta menerima pendaftaran bagi pelamar yang memiliki KTP di wilayah Kejaksaan Tinggi setempat,
B. Waktu Pendaftaran :
Hari : Selasa s/d Kamis
tanggal : 5 s/d 7 Oktober 2010
Jam : pukul 08.00 s/d 12.00 dan 13.00 s/d 15.00 waktu setempat.
C. Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) :
Bagi pelamar yang telah memenuhi persyaratan diberikan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian ( KTPU ) dan ditandatangani oleh peserta yang bersangkutan untuk disesuaikan dengan Tanda tangan peserta saat mengikuti ujian.
IV. UJIAN PENYARINGAN
A. Peserta Ujian
Pendaftar yang telah memperoleh KTPU (Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian) berhak mengikuti Ujian Penyaringan.
B. Pelaksanaan Ujian
Ujian penyaringan dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) tahap dengan system gugur, sebagai berikut :
1. Ujian Tahap I (Ujian Akademik) yaitu :
1.1. Tempat Ujian
Tempat ujian bertempat di Kejaksaan Agung RI dan masing-masing Kejaksaan Tinggi seluruh Indonesia tempat peserta mendaftar.

a. Penentuan lulus tahap I dan tahap II ditentukan oleh Rapat Panitia Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pusat Tahun Anggaran 2010.
b. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus ujian tahap II diwajibkan mengikuti test bebas Narkoba.
c. Peserta yang dinyatakan tidak lulus test bebas Narkoba dinyatakan gugur dan hanya pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus ujian tahap I , tahap II dan lulus test bebas Narkoba yang akan diusulkan untuk memperoleh penetapan Nomor Identitas Pegawai (NIP) di BKN
d Apabila usul untuk memperoleh penetapan Nomor Identitas Pegawai (NIP) ditolak oleh BKN karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan oleh BKN misalnya : usia, kualifikasi pendidikan, dan persyaratan keabsahan ijazah maka peserta yang bersangkutan kelulusannya dinyatakan gugur.
e. Pada waktu melamar dengan sengaja memberikan surat keterangan atau bukti yang tidak benar, yang seharusnya tidak memenuhi syarat untuk diangkat sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, apabila telah memperoleh NIP dan diangkat menjadi CPNS, maka kelulusan dan pengangkatannya dinyatakan gugur / dibatalkan.
V. LAIN-LAIN
1. Bagi peserta yang mengikuti seleksi, biaya yang timbul untuk pemeriksaan psikotest, kesehatan, test bebas Narkoba dan biaya perjalanan, penginapan, akomodasi lain keperluan peserta selama mengikuti tes ditanggung masing-masing peserta.
2. Lamaran harus dibawa langsung oleh yang bersangkutan pada waktu pembukaan penerimaan lamaran untuk dilakukan seleksi persyaratan lamaran.
3. Surat lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akan dikembalikan kepada yang bersangkutan.
4. Berkas lamaran yang memenuhi persyaratan, telah lulus dan diangkat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan RI untuk arsip Kejaksaan Agung RI dan yang tidak lulus berkas lamaran tidak dapat diambil kembali.
5. Apabila peserta mengundurkan diri, tidak bersedia mengikuti ujian atau telah dinyatakan lulus tetapi tidak bersedia diangkat menjadi CPNS Kejaksaan RI, yang bersangkutan harus membuat surat pernyataan pengunduran diri secara tertulis dan disampaikan kepada Kepala Biro Kepegawaian Kejaksaan Agung RI
6. Para pelamar diharapkan tidak memenuhi atau tidak tergiur dengan bujuk rayu atau janji yang dapat meluluskan dengan imbalan tertentu dari siapapun.

I. External Affairs and Community Development Manager
Key Accountabilities
• Plan, manage and control community development plan and its implementation activities at mining sites based on government regulations, including land acquisition, etc
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame
• Prepare documentation for land certificate application
• Lead the establishment and maintenance of communications with community, governmental organizations, suppliers, and contractor
• Prepare case analysis, provide solution and recommendation related with community development issues, propose to superior
• Final review upon all community development supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation;
• Represent Company in handling high-level issues regarding government and other external affairs;
• Provide advisory/recommendation related with community development based on updated information related with new community development regulation and or issues in mining area;
• Develop/ establish and maintain high level communication with government to update any related community development issues, new regulations, policies
• Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with community development plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, leading in litigation process, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm);
• Perform other duties/ tasks within Company’s organization as necessary and required
Specific Requirements

II. External Affairs and Community Development Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
1. Conduct land release activities in the field and follow the regulations of company (SOP) and government regulation.
2. To ensure land ownership document is original and legal.
3. Lobbying and negotiate with land owners for land compensation price and other urgencies.
4. Conduct good relationship with the local leaders, Desa, Kecamatan including regency official in PT. SMM project area
5. Handle conflict in the field between company and all the stake holder including the land owners.
6. Keep all information and data of land access with carefully
7. Good coordination with any department personnel in the field.
8. Assists EA and CD manager to ensure that program and initiatives are within budget and schedule and comply with company policies and procedures
9. Assists team survey in the field for land measurement and inventory of crops.
10. Deliver the Community development program in the field and make sure all the program follow the government and company regulation
11. Develop/ establish and maintain communication with government to update any related community development issues, new regulations, policies;
12. Manage and anticipate potential issues related with community development plan and implementation activities

- Lebih disukai pria, maksimal 35 tahun,
- Pendidikan min S1 dari Universitas terkemuka, diutamakan dari jurusan Tehnik Kehutanan (Silviculture),
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai AMDAL dan implementasinya,
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang nursery dan revegetasi atau reklamasi, lebih disukai dari perusahaan tambang batu bara atau sejenis,
- Lebih disukai memiliki SIM A,
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik dengan kontraktor maupun masyarakat sekitar,
- Bertanggungjawab, inisiatif tinggi, jujur, berdedikasi, dan dapat bekerja dengan baik di dalam team,
- Bersedia ditempatkan di remote area (Kalimantan Tengah).
- Menguasai dengan baik tehnis perbaikan dan perawatan kendaraan roda empat, mesin-mesin alat berat (dozer, conveyor, dsb), genset, speed boat, alat2 listrik (AC, pompa air, dsb), dll.,
- Mampu merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor proses kerja di bidang perawatan dan perbaikan alat kerja untuk operasional eksploitasi, eksplorasi, coal crushing, maupun sarana infrastuktur pendukung di area tambang dan camp service,
- Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana kerja jangka pendek (1 tahunan) di bidang perawatan dan perbaikan alat kerja dan sarana infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan di area tambang dan camp service,
- Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun anggaran kerja departemen dan merealisasikan anggaran kerja yg telah disetujui,
- Merencanakan, mengelola, dan memonitor kegiatan perbaikan dan perawatan infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan operasional tambang di site (misal: perawatan dan perbaikan untuk mobil, genset, water treatment, pompa air, dumptruck, AC, speedboat, sarana internet, televisi, dan lain-lain),
- Menyusun dan memantau proses pelaksanaan jadwal perawatan infrastruktur,
- Mampu mempersiapkan data dan menyusun laporan kebutuhan suku cadang untuk infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan operational tambang.

- Pengalaman min 7 th di bidang mekanik dan maintenance, dengan 3 th di level supervisor. Lebih disukai dari perusahaan tambang batu bara/sejenis,

- Untuk melaksanakan, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor proses kerja perbaikan dan perawatan alat elektrikal pendukung operasional bongkar muat batu bara di area tambang,
- Memeriksa kondisi seluruh peralatan operasional elektronik maupun infrastruktur pendukung di area site (misal: motor conveyor, jaringan listrik dan AC di site camp dan kantor, dan lain-lain) dan melaksanakan kegiatan perbaikan bilamana terjadi kerusakan,
- Melaksanakan perawatan terhadap peralatan dan jaringan elektronik, mengawasi pemasangan instalansi listrik dan pembagian beban listrik oleh kontraktor termasuk penggunaan listrik di camp site dan penggunaan alat-alat operasional oleh kontraktor,
- Menguasai system Inverter pada motor,
- Menguasai Program PLC pada conveyor system unloading dan Loading,
- Menguasai system travo step up, step down,
- Pernah menguasai electrical pada alat berat Jib crane, Dozer,
- Menguasai management trouble shouting pada system electrical

- Memahami masalah teknis elektrik umum (misal: instalasi, sistem kontrol, spesifikasi alat-alat elektronik),
- Pengalaman min 3 th di bidang elektrikal dan maintenance. Lebih disukai dari perusahaan tambang batu bara/sejenis,

- Untuk melaksanakan, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) dan pemuatan (loading) muatan batu bara dari dan ke dalam kapal tongkang, serta mengkoordinir dan memonitor proses perjalanan muatan batu bara ke lokasi penyimpanan stockpile dan mother vessel,
- Mengkoordinasi dan memonitor kontraktor dalam melaksanakan proses pemeriksaan dan perhitungan jumlah muatan batu bara sebelum dibongkar,
- Memeriksa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data antara hasil survey dan laporan barge status terkait dengan jumlah, jenis, maupun kontaminasi muatan batu bara, serta menyusun laporan re-draft survey,
- Mengkoordinasikan dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) muatan batu bara dari kapal tongkang,
- Mempersiapkan jadwal proses pembongkaran (unloading) dan pemuatan (loading) batu bara dari dan ke dalam kapal tongkang,
- Mengkoordinasi dan memonitor proses pemuatan (loading) batu bara ke dalam kapal tongkang,
- Mengkoordinir speedboat dan assist tug untuk mendampingi/ mengawal perjalanan kapal tongkang sampai dengan titik aman berikutnya,
- Memonitor keamanan muatan batu bara melalui komunikasi dengan kapten kapal,
- Mempersiapkan dan menyusun laporan barge status untuk diserahkan kepada Barging & Shipping Manager.

- Memiliki ijazah Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT)-III,
- Pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang perkapalan, diutamakan berasal dari perusahaan sejenis (coal Mining),
- Menguasai teknis mesin kapal (tongkang, tug boat, dsb.),
- Menguasai teknis loading dan unloading kargo,
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris, min pasif,

Key Accountabilities:
- Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines,
- Be able to review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements,
- Be able to ensure that mine and productions plans reflect production requirements and logical progression,
- Familiar with forecasting, planning and monitoring production process related to mining activities,
- Be able to construct geology models & pit designs,
- Strong communication skill about all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.
- Min. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University,
- Min. 2 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company,
- Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and have good knowledge of software mining programs especially MINCOM Software,
- Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven,
- Willing to work in remote Area (Kalimantan Tengah).
