1. CONSTRUCTION / CIVIL ENGINEER
Job description will be:
• Construct cultural buildings based on Central Kalimantan cultural standards.
• Develop plan and design by following construction and local Central Kalimantan cultural building standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
• Provide progress report of the assigned projects to the Company s management.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Company.
General requirements:
• Holding Construction/Civil Engineer degree.
• Having minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Good mastery of engineering and technology, design, mathematics, building construction, English language, customer and personal service, administration and management, transportation, public safety and security.
• Be willing to work in remote area.
• Having good knowledge and skills on drawing & other related construction plan & its implementation.
• Be able to supervise day-to-day worker activities.
• Having previous experience in multinational mining companies.
Specific requirement:
• Be willing to work on contractual basis – 6 months – for specific project.
• Local resident of Central Kalimantan or Murung Raya is preferred.
• Be familiar with local Central Kalimantan ornaments, architectures, and other related local cultural buildings.
• Be willing to comply with the Company s safety standard.
2. SAFETY OFFICER
• Applying the OHS standard in the implementation of job.
• JSA examination and explain it before execution of work.
• Inspect the condition unsafe action and unsafe condition at each stage of work.
• Inspection tool/equipment and PPE.
• Making the results of inspection reports and improvement action plan.
• Can make a risk assessment and understand the whole process.
• Safety talk the beginning of each shift to crew.
• Identify hazards at each work to be done every early shift.
• Provide information to the ERT team, about the existence of workers in remote areas.
• On call 24 hours for Emergency.
• Socialize corporate program OHS.
• Being a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team).
• Monitoring and reporting the result of the corrective action that has been done.
• Make minimum one hazard observation 3 every day.
• Standard responsibility on the correct use of PPE and appropriate.
• Create a bulletin 1 month 1 Safety bulletin.
• Creating report and investigation any incident accoured an accident.
• Ensure all employees comply with company standard OHS.
• Create weekly and monthly reports to his Superiors.
• Preparing and documenting every document OHS.
• Male, age max 35
• Have experience in Mining min 2 years.
• Have a certificate of public AK3
• Have a certificate of POP.
• Min. education D3
• Can presentation risk assessment.
• Good in English (speak and write) with Computer Skill.
3. DRILL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
• Minimum of 10 year s experience maintaining drill rigs and mobile mining equipment in open cut mining operations.
• Follow onsite safety rules and procedures and Indonesian Government mining safety rules and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of maintaining mobile mining and drilling equipment.
• Able to liaise with the production personnel on equipment maintenance and utilization requirements.
• Be self-motivated and a strong team leader with a minimum of 5 years supervisory supervision.
• Have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Maintain equipment to a high degree meeting all maintenance KPI s.
4. DRILL MECHANIC
• Minimum 5 year s experience working in an open cut mine maintaining drill rigs.
• Follow onsite safety rules and procedures and Indonesian government mining safety rules and regulations.
• Carry out day to day scheduled maintenance on IMK drill rigs.
• Maintain equipment at 90% availability and meet other maintenance KPI s.
• Be able to work shift work and work at times unsupervised.
• Be able to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs in an acceptable time frame.
5. DRILL ELECTRICIAN
• Minimum 5 year s experience maintaining mining and earth moving equipment electrical systems.
• Follow onsite safety and Indonesian government mining safety rules and regulations.
• Carry out day to day electrical maintenance and repairs on IMK drill rigs.
• Maintain equipment at 90% availability and meet other maintenance KPI s.
• Be able to work shift work and at times work unsupervised.
• Be able to diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs in an acceptable time frame.
6. EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST
• Relevant degree in geosciences and a minimum of 5(five) year s experience working in mineral exploration, preferably gold.
• Reporting to the Senior Geologist, the role includes day to day supervision of drilling and other exploration activities, field mapping, planning and execution of exploration programs.
7. Coal Fired Power Station Shift Supervisor
Directly responsible to Power Generation Superintendent
General Requirements:
• Electrical Engineer of Electrician.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical roles within a Power Station.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 10 years working in Power Stations.
• Formal safety management training.
• Experience in the following areas of importance:
- Power generation and high voltage distribution,
- Coal fired and diesel fired power station operation,
• Formal Project management training.
• Sound Computer skills.
• Synchronizing generators manually.
• Formal people management training.
8. Instrumentation Foreman
• Provide day to day fixed plant electrical maintenance to support all mine departments.
• Fill in for Electrical supervisor as required.
• Experience with troubleshooting and Familiar with Electrical Preventive Maintenance Jobs.
• Able to read PID Drawing.
• Able to use Electrical Tools.
• Investigate and complete formal failure analysis reports on all electrical failures for fixed plant.
• Assist with the development of preventative maintenance practices thorough out site.
• Provide technical assistance to any electrical maintenance activities as requested.
• Qualified D3 Engineering degree of Electrical.
• Minimum 3 year s experience in electrical preventative maintenance; repairs and installation of fixed plant in a processing industry.
• Experience in electrical power generation, distribution system & circuit design, protection & control (including programming) and Electrical CAD.
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Willing to work in remote locations.
• Experience in cogeneration from coal fired power & diesel fired power.
• Previous electrical within heavy industry.
9. Electrical Foreman
