1. Kepala Tehnik Tambang ( Site Manager)

Persyaratan:
• Pendidikan S1 Mining Engineering / Geologi pertambangan
• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat KTT (Kepala Tehnik Tambang) atau Pengawas Operasional Utama
• Laki-laki usia max. 45 thn
• Pengalaman min. 7 thn sebagai Kepala Tehnik Tambang/ site manager
• Menguasai Health and Safety Environment
• Untuk Site Manager sertifikat sampai dengan Pengawas Operasional Madya
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan

2. Kepala Kantor Perwakilan

Persyaratan:
• Pendidikan S1 relevan
• Laki-laki, usia 35–45 thn.
• Berpengalaman di level manajerial minimum 2 tahun
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mampu menjalin kerjasama dengan pejabat pemerintahan daerah
• Mempunyai pengalaman untuk menangani bidang logistik, HRD, GA, dan keuangan
• Mempunyai pengalaman dan relasi terkait dengan pengurusan ijin ekspatriat
• Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan

3. Produksi (Supervisor)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki, usia max. 40 thn
• S1 Teknik Geologi pertambangan
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama untuk posisi Supervisor (SPV) min. 3-9 thn
• Menguasai computer dan software: GIS, Arc view, Surfac, Autocad,Microsoft Office.
• Memahami metode JORC.
• Pengalaman di resource estimation, Ore Modelling dan design tambang nikel min. 2thn
• Pengalaman membuat laporan Ekplorasi
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Barat

4. Geologist (Senior & Junior)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki, usia max. 40 thn
• S1 Teknik Geologi
• Pengalaman di tambang emas untuk posisi Senior min. 5-9 thn
• Menguasai computer dan software: GIS, Arc view, Surfac, Autocad, Microsoft Office.
• Memahami metode JORC.
• Pengalaman membuat laporan Ekplorasi
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Ketapang Kalbar dan Tarutung Sumut

5. Grade Control (Supervisor)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki, usia max. 40 thn
• S1 Teknik Geology
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama untuk posisi Supervisor (SPV) min. 5-9 thn
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di pulau Obi kep. Halmahera Maluku Utara

6. Community Development (Superitendent & Supervisor)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki, usia untuk posisi superintendent (SPT) max. 40 thn dan Supervisor (SPV) max. 35 thn
• Pendidikan S1 Hukum, Manajemen, Psikologi dll
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama untuk kedua posisi min. 5-9 thn
• Pengalaman menangani masalah comunity development/ CSR di wilayah pertambangan (Nikel, Emas, Batu bara)
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di pulau Obi kep. Halmahera Maluku Utara, Ketapang Kalbar dan Tarutung Sumut

7. Logistik (Superitendent & Supervisor)

Persyaratan:
•Laki-laki, usia untuk posisi Superitendent (SPT) max. 40thn dan superviasor (SPV) max. 35 thn
• Pendidikan S1 relevan
• Pengalaman kerja yang sama (diutamakan di pertambangan) Min 3-9 thn.
• Menguasai bidang warehouse dan storage
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Balikpapan

8. Purchasing (Supervisor)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki usia max. 35 thn
• S1 relevan
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama (diutamakan di pertambangan) min. 3-9 thn.
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Mampu menjalin relasi dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di pulau Obi, kep. Halmahera Maluku Utara

9. HSE (Superitendent)

Persyaratan:
• Laki-laki usia untuk posisi max. 45 thn
• Pendidikan min D-3/ S1 Keperawatan/Kesehatan/Lingkungan atau relevan
• Memiliki sertifikasi K3
• Pengalaman menangani safety pertambangan min. 5-9 thn
• Menguasai bahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Balikpapan

Lowongan Kerja Reliance Mining Services

Reliance Mining Services is a rapidly growing mining and resources International group with the pursuit to develop into a world’s premier resources corporation. The Company has developed into a competitive mining and resources company with mining concessions in different parts of Indonesia. We are currently recruiting the following positions:

Geologist (Sulawesi Tenggara - Kendari)
Responsibilities:

• Develop & Manage Exploration Plan
• Plan detailed exploration of the Nickel concession, possibly other minerals
• Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data
• Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs
• Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
• Coordinate with mining department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings
• Coordinate with Human and Resources Department, regarding marking of land of different owners
• Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey
• Develop Geological & Geotechnical System
• Generate & Up date Geological Procedures
• Responsible for reliable Geological Model
• Manage & Develop Safety System within department
• Able to use AutoCAD and other Geology software

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent
• Having more than 3 years experience in Exploration & Open Cut Mining Operation
• Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill
• AutoCAD is a must
• Peferably well spoken and written in English
• Ready to work in remote area and station in Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara
• Have good interpersonal skill and attitude
• Leadership qualities is a must

Mine Engineer (Sulawesi Tenggara - Kendari)
Responsibilities:

• Develop Long-term and Short-term mining plans
• Responsible for the design, optimization and scheduling aspects of open pit mining projects
• Ensures the safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface and underground operations
• Liaising with engineers, geologists and other staff
• Assessing new mining sites and the viability of new mining ventures
• Undertaking feasibility studies
• Modeling/designing potential mine sites
• Providing consultancy and advice on mining and mineral extraction projects

Requirements:

• Preferably Male, age 22-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Possess minimum 3 years experience in the same position specialized in Nickel mines is an advantage.
• Ability to used modeling/mining software (Autocad, Mapinfo, Surpact or Minescape)
• Understanding in mining operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Drilling and Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting Understanding in Cost Analysis, Material and Transportation/Coal Handling System
• Familiar in handling heavy equipments to support mine operations activities
• Highly motivated, have good communication skills, negotiation skills, independent and dynamic with capacity to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment, hard worker, and have good integrity
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willing to be located in Kendari (Sulawesi Tenggara)
