GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. S1 Education: Accounting / Financial Management (1), Industrial Engineering / Civil (2, 3), Law (4), Information Technology (5), General Mining / Geology (6), D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering (7)
2. GPA minimum 2.75 (Domestic) 3.00 (Private), Age Max 30 Th
3. It has a high work motivation and able to work in teams
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Mastering Function Accounting, Cashflow planning, Reports Loss / Gain (KEU)
6. Able to make analysis of cost (cost analysis), risk management (COM)
7. Having a broad network, have skills of negotiation, was able to convince buyers, tough, honest, loyal, and creative (MKT)
8. Understanding the Legal Drafting, Legislation, Business Law (HKM)
9. Understanding the network system, software, hardware, web design, programming, etc. (IT)
10. Able to make calculations of coal resources, able to operate the mine-scape software, AutoCAD (GEO)
11. Able to plan resource needs of heavy equipment, evaluation of the use of heavy equipment, heavy equipment and maintenance planning (LAT)
