We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (Code: KTT)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 45 years old
* Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
* Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
* Fluent in English both oral & written.
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Create Good Mining Practice
* Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
* Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

2. GEOLOGIST (Code: GEO)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
* Bachelor degree from faculty of geology
* Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
* Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper)
* Able to make a progress repot of exploration
* Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
* Good physical health and able to work in a team
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. TECHNICAL MANAGER (Code: TECH)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 45 years old
* Minimum 8 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
* Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
* Posses minimum POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
* Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
* Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
* Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
* Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

4. QUALITY SUPPLY / PARTS ANALIST (Code: QUA)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in heavy equipment industry or mining industry
* Minimum D3 from Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Able to determine quality and genuine of spare parts
* Able to make maintenance schedule of heavy equipment machinery
* Able to make report for spare parts stock and use
* Able to identify problems and make a repair action or preventive action
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

5. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT (Code: WHS)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 40 years old
* Bachelor degree from related field
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Good knowledge about supply chain and warehouse management
* Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
* Will be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

6. SAFETY OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (Code: SAFE)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
* Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
* Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
* Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
* Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

7. HRD SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT (Code: HRD)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 40 years old
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining industry
* Bachelor degree from faculty of law or psychology
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS)
* Good understanding about law labor
* Posses CHRP certification will be advantage
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule.

8. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (Code: ENVIRO)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
* Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer
* Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
* Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

9. GRADE CONTROL SUPERVISOR (Code: GC)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
* Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
* Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
* Responsible for the stockpiles
* Good understanding about HSE / K3
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

10. ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (Code: ADM)

Requirements:

* Age maximum 45 years old
* Minimum 5 (five) years in related field, preferably from mining company
* Bachelor degree from related field
* Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
* Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
* Computer literate in using Ms. Office & Internet
* Good understanding about law labor
* Good understanding about HSE / K3
* Good understanding about supply chain management
* To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

CTSP (Coral Triangle Support Partnership), as part of WWF is a project implemented though a Consortium of international NGOs, including WWF, TNC (The Nature
Conservancy) and CI (Conservation International) with support from the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

Currently we are seeking a mature and qualified Finance and Administration Manager (FAM) to be posted at CTSP Regional Program Office in Jakarta. Ideal candidate should possess a Master degree in finance/accounting or related field, in-depth knowledge of International NGO’s financial and administrative procedures. He/she should have at least 10 years relevant experience in finance accounting and grant management while a minimum 4 years c that is with US government entities, particularly USAID or other donor organizations. This position needs intensive communication with consortium members in 6 countries, so he/she needs to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing in English
