Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 6 (six) years experience in mining industry with minimum 3 (three) years in managerial level
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Posses minimum POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate

2. GEOLOGIST (Code: GEO)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mineral exploration
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Able to use mining software (Surpac, Minecom, AutoCAD)
6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
7. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
8. Good physical health and able to work in a team
9. Willing to work in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. HR ORGANIZATION-DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (Code: HR-OD)

Qualification:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Human Resource field
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of psychology or law. Master degree in psychology (psychologist) is much preferred
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Well understanding about mining business process
7. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal, human resource information system, people development and organization development
8. Posses CHRP certification will be advantage
9. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
10. To be based in Head Office (Jakarta) and Site project (Halmahera), with rotation schedule.

4. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (Code: ENVIRO)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining company
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineering
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
6. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
7. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Capable of operating mining software such as Surpac, Microlink, AutoCAD
11. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

6. SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT / SUPERVISOR (Code: SAFE)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
8. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)

7. PARAMEDIC-NURSE (Code: Medic)

Qualification:

1. Male, age max 35 years old
2. Minimum D3 from Nursing faculty with GPA min 3,00 from scale 4
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experiences, preferably in mining industry
4. Having "Surat Ijin Perawat" certification
5. Proficient in MS office application and internet
6. Good knowledge about HSE / K3
7. Responsible of handling all medical service and emergency cases at the mining site
8. In charge of sanitation and hygiene inspection
9. Medical records and consultations, evacuation and case management
10. Having good communication skill and able to deliver health campaign
11. Good health, able to work with good result and always seek best solution to solve problems
12. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT / SUPERVISOR (Code: LOGISTIC)

Qualification:

1. Male, max 40 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry
3. Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain
7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
9. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

9. GRADE CONTROL SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (Code: GRADE)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
5. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
6. Responsible for the stockpiles
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Fluent in English both oral & written

10. MAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISOR (Code: PLANNER)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years as maintenance planner, preferably from mining company or heavy equipment company
3. Minimum High School from mechanical / automotive / electrical
4. Computer literate in using Ms. Office & Internet
5. Able to make maintenance schedule for various type of heavy duty equipment (dump truck / excavator / dozer / ADT / compactor) from various brand and manufacturer (Japan, Europe, Chinese)
6. Able to make report for spare parts stock and use
7. Able to identify problems and make a repair action or preventive action
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
