Qualifications:

* Professional Pharmacists
* Having an advantage SIA
* GPA min. 2.75

Nurses (Code: Pr)
Qualifications:

* Minimal D3 nursin
* Having a SIP
* GPA min. 2.5

Requirements

1. Male / female
2. Maximum age 27 years (EDP & Apt), & 28 years (TR & Pr)
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the field (EDP: Fresh graduate but experienced preferred)
4. Willing to be placed in areas throughout Indonesia

Recruitment Officer
Key Accountability Area

* Obtain and review job requirement of vacant position
* Create and place advertisements in newspaper and other various media to spread information of vacant positions.
* Lead the selection process: Sources potential applicants, conduct written test and preliminary interview for short-listed applicants in order to provide the qualified candidates.
* Arrange interview schedule with Department users to get appointed candidate.
* Arrange negotiation schedule with Compensation & Benefits Section and medical check up
* Coordinate with Training Department to provide induction/orientation training for new hire and provide all document forms needed to ensure that it has been completed and submitted.
* Develop, implement and maintain recruitment and selection manual as well as recruitment procedures to ensure the recruitment system is continuously improved and kept up-to-date.

Requirement

* S2/profession of psychology
* Has minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in a multinational company with manufacturing background.
* Good relationship with manpower source
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Hands on interview techniques, psychological assessment as well as job analysis and job evaluation process
* Having Leadership Competencies
* Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Doctor
Key Accountability Area

* Responsible in managing outpatient, observation, emergency cases and Medical Check Up
* Responsible on giving highest Medical Treatment, medical referral and medical evacuation if necessary
* Responsible in daily In House Clinic Medical Services
* Responsible for Daily In House Clinic Operations
* Conduct health talk
* Supervise lab tech, x-ray tech, midwife and clinic administrator
* Maintaining medical record and document retension
* Reporting

Requirement

* Profession of Doctor
* Has minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in medical background (clinic or hospital).
* Good relationship with manpower source
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Having Leadership Competencies
* Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Perawat
We need some nurses to be placed in the clinic of PT Mattel Indonesia

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduated from D3 nursing, has a license to practice
* Preferably if you have experience in a clinic or hospital
* Have good interpersonal skills and can work in teams
* Willing to follow the high medical standards in the work.
* Willing to work in the area Cikarang - Bekasi
