PT. Borneo Indobara PKP2B area existed in Asam-asam Basin at South Eastern Meratus Mountain. This Mountain separate Asam asam with Barito Basin, formed by tectonic movement called faulted block structure. PT. Borneo Indobara (BIB) area is laid on Jura to Quarter age formation which they are: Alluvium, Dahor, Warukin, Berai and Tanjung formation.

Hauling Road Maintenance
(Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required
* Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance.
* Road cost estimation and evaluation

Requirements:

* Min. D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction) or relevant disciplines.
* Min. 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction & maintenance is preferably.
* Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
* Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
* Ability to use survey equipments.
* Will be placed on site.

Environmental Engineer (COAL)
(Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:

* Min. S1 graduate in environmental engineer or relevant disciplines.
* Min. 3 years in relevant experience, preferably in coal mining industry.
* Having good knowledge in environmental regulation, environmental management system and reclamation.
* Certified POP /K3 is preferred.
* Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure.
* Having good personality and leadership.
* Willing to work under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Willing to be located at Site.

HR Site Manager
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in handling personnel administration for all site employees; ex: insurance claim, absenteeism report, etc.
* Responsible for internal and external relations & communication regarding to HR matters.
* Implementing HR strategy to support operation division to achieve their target.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (site area).
* Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process.
* Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
* Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage.
* Strong leadership skills and good team work.
* Will be placed in site Muara Teweh (Central Kalimantan).

GM Operation (COAL)
(Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:

* Male, max 45 years old
* S1/S2 degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
* Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as General Manager Operation
* Fluent in English both oral & written.
* Computer Literate in using MS office, Internet and mining software such as: mine scape/minecom and surpac.
* Minimum POM certificate
* Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
* Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
* Managed all function in the company.
* Willing to be located in site, with rotation schedule.

Geologist
(Jambi, Kalimantan Selatan)

Requirements:

* Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university
* 1 - 3 Years experience as geologist,
* Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must.

Health and Public Health Coordinator
Responsibilities:

* Coordination with Health Dept in Prov and District
* Coordination with Community health post management
* baseline survey/study preparation, leading with third party
* Coordination with community and community leader
* Assessment of health facilities
* Supporting Health dept in district in standardization of service
* Managing mobile clinic
* Work closely with other agency who implement health program

Qualifications:

* Graduate from medical faculty (S1+) and have been pass the field work (PTT)
* Minimum 5 years experience on Health and Public Health
* Familiar and have been running HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and nutrition program
* Familiar and have been running Water, Sanitation and hygiene program
* Have a good knowledge on program cycle management
* Experience in managing team
* Experience on Baseline survey/study: design, implementation, data analysis, reporting and coaching
* Strong knowledge on Information Education Communication (IEC) material development

Qualifications:

* Working experience on Sanitation system both urban and rural
* Have an experience on renewable energy program
* Familiar with AutoCAD and Epanet and Detail Engineering Design
