Job Description:
* To update organization structure
* To support about all HR project activities
* Able to making HRD Administration report
* Able to doing process recruitment
* Handle legal document permit for company and expatriate
Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum S1 degree (Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Management)
* Experience of atleast 1 or 2 years is preferable
* Should know written and spoken english
* Computer literate (Able to use MS Word / Excel)

HRD MANAGER (SITE)
Job Description :
* Supervised and Controlling HR Staff activity (All process during Recruitment, in coordination with also Head Hunter, Scheduling on Crew Rotation for Local and Expatriate Employee)
* Supervised and Controlling GA Staff activity (Company’s and Expat Document in Coordination with Company’s Agent)
* Supervised and Controlling Payroll process
* Supervised and Controlling Employees Jamsostek.
* Supervised and Controlling Employees NPWP (Tax).
* Supervised and Controlling Medical Reimbursement.
* Duty on Industrial Relation matters (responsible on company regulation, external relation with Government officer)
* HR Supervisor for Field Office at Muara Teweh, Luwe, Talio (Kalimantan)
* In charge of making employments Contract & Company Regulation / Guidelines. (Contract Employee, Permanent & Daily Employees)
* Others administration jobs due to HR daily routine.
Minimum Requirements:
Male
* Age: Less than 35 Years
* S1 Psychology or in law
* Has experience in HR Department, atleast 4 to 5 years at site
* Willing to be placed in Luwe (Kalimantan Tengah)
* Excellent English both written and oral
* having good knowledge of labour law Of indonesia
* Handling employee matters at site . Experience in Industrial law will be added advantage
SENIOR GEOLOGIST ( Kalimantan )
Job Description:
* Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops.
* Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data.
* Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs.
* Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
* Able to use AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation
* Coordinate with mining department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings.
* Coordinate with Humas Department, regarding marking of land of different owners
* Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey
Minimum Requirements:
* Geological Degree from reputable University
* Passive English
* AutoCAD is a must
* Experience of working in the coal field as senior geologist minimum 5 years
* Ready to work in remote area
* Leadership qualities is a must
