Responsibilities:

• You will have overall responsibilities in managing a agriculture business unit of 30,000 -50,000 hectares of plantations development during immature stage.

• As a member of the senior management team, you will engage in reviewing and updating policies, procedures and systems, in adopting industry best practices. • To maintain the estate under good order and execute plantation activities, including organize daily distribution of work force and field staff and to coordinate the field operation such us immature plantation development, cultivation and other field activities.
