Account Officer (Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing new business for the company's insurance products
* Identify needs and client business objectives
* Maintain relationship with client
* Prepare and present sales proposals.

Requirements:

* Female/Male, maximum 30 years old
* Bachelor degree in any major, (GPA MIN 2.75)
* Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance min 2 years is a must
* Highly Motivated, able o work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner
* Excellent communication & relationship skill.

Regional Manager (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and empowering sales;
* Coaching & Mentoring;
* Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients;
* Perform planning and accountability costs;
* Report monthly sales activities to Management;
* Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues;
* Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective;
* Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.

Requirements:

* Age between 35-45 years old;
* Minimum S1 from any discipline, preferably with A3IK certifications;
* Minimum 7 years experience in handling Sales at General Insurances;
* Minimum 5 years experience in Managerial positions;
* Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
* English & Computer Literate is a must;
* Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
* Strong knowledge of system, business plan & procedure;

Grants and Administrative Manager

The candidates must have a bachelor degree in accounting or financial management; possess high level of familiarity with USAID financial and contracting procedures, at least five years of relevant experience with an international NGO, previous experience in grant management, excellent spreadsheet skills, familiarity with web-based accounting packages such as ACCPAC, ability to communicate effectively in English.

Senior Regional Indonesia Manager

The candidates must have a master degree in public health/water utility or other related disciplines, a minimum of 10 years experience working in Public utility development, successful experience, working with USAID-funded projects, posses prior knowledge of Indonesian water and sanitation system/community based sanitation/ pro poor policies, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, successful experience in managing large office staff and monitoring large budgets.
