Project Manager
You will report to the head of Processing Department. The main responsibility is to oversee projects from the initial stage to final closure which will cover the following:

• Ensure the projects if finalized within the budget, scope and time frame
• Lead and execute the engineering activities by coordinating the work done by consultants and sub suppliers, with respect to the overall project time schedule and project strategy and ensuring that the right technique, components and technology are used.
• Participate in commercial negotiations, commissioning, technical discussions with supplier and customers and assist in all phases of the project

Qualifications:

• Graduate from reputable university in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Food Technology with minimum GPA 2.75 on scale of 4
• Have good knowledge in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer technology
• Have working experience 5-8 years especially in food and beverage industry with strong technical knowledge of processing of liquid food and beverages
• An international project certification (such as PMI) would be an advantage with experience in the broader field of project management
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Work experience in multinational and multicultural environment would be and advantage
• PC literate in software such as MS Project, MS Office, AutoCad and SAP
