Responsibilities:
* Handle for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all the machine are ready and safe for production process
* Responsible for implement of corrective maintenance on time as per the target
* Responsible for solving the technical problem on the machine and determine long term solution to prevent the same problem on the machine will repeated
* Responsible for implementation of preparation activities and mold maintenance as required by ISO 9001 : 2008
* Job Scope :

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and controlled the smoothness of machine operating and all supporting equipment
* Manage and maintain the implementation of maintenance technician briefing and coordination meeting and having ability to lead the meeting
* Maintain the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance for the purpose of maintain the Lean Manufacturing process
* Manage Maintenance Operation within his area of responsibility in terms of corrective and preventive systemized measures

Responsibilities:
* Improve and implement supply chain processing, to maintain seamless operation, from suppliers to customers, for ensuring superior levels of customer satisfaction
* Management of Order Fulfillment Process
* Ensures complete synergy and smooth flow in operations between customers, supply planners, production planners and material planners, factory, Import Export and supplier toward order fulfillment process excellence
* Implement of Purchasing Strategy and Policies
* Minimize Cost of Non Quality and Supply Risk from supply base
* Maximize recovery for non – conformances caused from supply base and prevent such cost of non quality realized in manufacturing. Making sure supply risk had been minimize by proper supply base management, supplier sustainability audit, supplier audit/assessment and contracting process
* People development and coaching
* Job Scope :
* Responsible for Supply Chain and purchasing. Establish Supply Chain policies and procedures
