- Pengalaman kerja sebagai underwriter asuransi umum / suretyship / asuransi kredit / asuransi ekspor / account officer / analis kredit minimal 2 (dua) tahun
- Memiliki gelar A31K (diutamakan)
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan
- Mampu mengoperasikan computer
- Minimal S1 dari jurusan Ekonomi
- Pembangunan / Studi Pembangunan dari universitas terkemuka dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Pengalaman kerja di bidang riset / penelitian minimal 1 (satu) tahun
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris tulisan dan lisan secara aktif
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
- Minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknologi Informasi dari universitas terkemuka dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai programmer RPG III minimal selama 2 tahun
