Marketing and Promotion Manager (Sulawesi Utara - Manado)
Responsibilities:

* Determining the selling price, the products will be launched, scheduled visits and promotion system to ensure achievement of sales targets
* Prepare the sales forcast and target for each product
* Lead the sales team in achieving sales target
* Monitor the amount of stock throughout the Department of Sales & Marketing to ensure the company's stock does not exceed the age of predetermined targets.
* Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and the area in keeping with the targets set.
* Analyze and provide direction for product and design development, to ensure the development of products according to market needs.
* Evaluating customer satisfaction survey from the entire sales team to ensure achievement of specified targets customer satisfaction
* Implement good corporate governance within the department and prudent budget control
* Prepare periodic budget for the Marketing Department and submitted to Budget & Cost Control after it is approved by the Director
* Propose strategic steps to the Director for the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving project goals

Requirements:

* Male / Female, maximum 35 years of age
* Graduated minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
* Minimum 5 years experience as a property marketing manager with proven track record in Sales and Marketing Department
* Excellent communicational, analytical, and presentational skills
* Good computer skills in MS. Office and Internet
* Target oriented and strong leadership
* Available working in Manado City

Project Manager (Sulawesi Utara - Manado)
Responsibilities:

* Coordinating subordinates to do the task in accordance with their main duties and responsibilities assigned.
* Responsible for all activities of production units of houses, shophouses, and other products marketed by the company until the handover to the customer
* Oversee and implement systems and procedures for the achievement of Project Department adequate corporate control
* Prepare periodic budget for the project department and submit it to Budget & Cost Control after it is approved by the Director
* Responsible for the realization of the periodic budget for the Engineering Department
* Evaluate project budget for works that will be done by In house contractor
* Coordinate the Sub-Contractors who meet the qualifications for running the project in company
* Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the Sub-Contractors performance
* Verifying the business contract
* Responsible for the implementation of the projects to be efficient and timely manner
* Monitor all project operations, whether conducted by In house contractor or Sub-Contraktor
* Determine conflict resolution in the event of contractor defaults
* Reviewing reports from the field supervisor as a reference for payment terms
* Working together with other departments, especially for the purposes of research and development
* Receive and check list all buildings that have been finish built from the Sub-Contractor
* To direct, monitor, assess performance, motivation and ask reports from subordinates
* Proposes strategic steps to the Director for effectiveness and efficiency of project costs

Requirements:

* Male, maximum 35 years of age
* Graduated minimum Bachelor Degree major in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
* Minimum 5 years experience as a property Project Manager with proven track record develop houses and building
* Excellent communicational, analytical, and presentational skills
* Good computer skills in MS. Office, AutoCad, and Internet
* Target oriented and strong leadership

Main Duties :

* To work with senior supervisor team to maximize the profit
* Prepare rehabilitation plan covered location, large area, time schedule and personnel and cost
* Prepare type of rehabilitation, required material needed and equipment needed.
* Report progress of rehabilitation timely, weekly and monthly.
* Prepare standard operation procedure of rehabilitation
* Prepare schedules and training subordinate the correct rehabilitation system.
* Minimize the negative effect of activities on the environment and ensure the area will be left in sustainable condition after company activities have ceased.
* Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all toka employees, contractors and visitors by making employees responsible for working safely and encouraging others to follow site safely rules.
* Complete quarterly RKL/RPL reports

Qualifications :

* Minimum 5 years experience on this position with engineering background

Ensure that the electrical section achieves a high compliance to the Daily, Weekly and to the shutdown. Monitor that work orders are completed to a good standard and are returned to the planning dept in a timely manner. Ensure that all tools and equipment used in the electrical section are maintain to a high standard. Monitor the quality of work produced in the electrical workshop and establish procedures to verity and improved the quality of work particularly with individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrical Degree or equivalent and have experience on this position minimum 3 years

SUPERVISOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FIXED PLANT (SM)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspect for managing a crew of up to 11 technician in the maintenance of the mechanical equipment in the fixed plant area, from primary crusher through the process plant to the tailings dam area. This equipment includes primary crusher and coarse ore stockpile, sag and ball mill area, CIL area, including concentrate regrind, thickening and reagent areas, concentrate handling including filtration and plus a any outstations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical Degree or equivalent and have experience on this position minimum 3 years.
Computer skill are essential, good communication & organisation skill and Spoken and written English (All Position)

MECHANICAL ENGINEER- FIXED PLANT (ME)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will assume overall responsibility for engineering projects in process plant. Process plant the mechanical engineer will be responsible for a workforce of contractors and distributed in the area of Primary crusher and coarse ore stockpile, Sag and Ball mill area, CIL area, thickening and reagent areas, water supply and outstations areas and building & ancillaries. General Engineering monitoring including, Reliability Maintenance, Wear Monitoring and analysis, Condition monitoring, modification and off site equipment rebuilds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical Engineer Degree or equivalent and have experience on this position minimum 5 years
Computer skill are essential, good communication & organisation skill and Spoken and written English (All Position)
