CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (Assistant Manager)
Responsible for the overall development and implementation of plans for the effective accounting records and systems in the company.

Duties/Task:

* Responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing all accounting, financial and general administrative system, policies and procedures and ensuring that they are strictly adhered to at all times.
* Ensures the preparation, evaluation, interpretation and submission of all accounting, financial, taxation and management reports in accordance with the stipulated deadlines.
* Responsible for the compilation of the Company’s annual budget, to ensure effective budgetary control through periodic monitoring of actual performance against budget and to analyses any variances discovered to assess its financial implication on the Company.
* To ensure that the Company’s accounts are maintained in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures and with due regard to generally acceptable accounting principles.
* Assist the submission of all statutory reports or tax returns and liaison with the relevant government authorities.
* Attending to auditor’s information requirement as and when necessary.
* Continually train and motivate subordinates. Instills discipline and develops attitudes that encourage productivity, dedication and innovation.
* Discharge all other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by the Finance Manager or the CFO.

Qualification:

* 5 years experience in Accounting, Finance and Administration.
* Experience in handling computerized accounting system
* Able to complete assignment in tight schedule.
* Preferably stay close to Bogor or Sentul areas.
* Must have strong sense for urgency, and Responsibility.
* Organized and systematic.
