1. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
· Prepare, make, and report company’s financial transaction.
· Verify and control transactions.
· Perform monthly reviews of the journal entries, sub-ledgers,
reconciliations, accounting schedules and other accounting reports.
· Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating
performance indicators and financial statements.
· Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
statements and maintain related sub-ledgers and account reconciliations affect
to taxation.
· Reconcile accounts balances with internal and external parties such as
bank, suppliers, employees and related companies.
Requirement:
· Male/Female, single, max. 30 years old.
· Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA 2.80 of 4.00)
· Use English actively.
· Min 3 years experience in the same position.
· Mastering Accounting system and financial report.
· Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.
· Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.
· Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.
· Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good
analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest,
able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under
pressure
· Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

2. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities:
· Prepare, make, and report company’s financial transaction.
· Verify and control transactions.
· Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating
performance indicators and financial statements.
· Ensure accurate accounting records which include performing a variety of
clerical and data entry jobs for taxation, account payable and account
receivable for offset data’s.
· Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data.

Requirement:
· Male/Female, single, max. 28 years old.
· Min Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA
2.80 of 4.00)
· Use English actively.
· Min 2 years experience in the same position.
· Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.
· Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.
· Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.
· Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good
analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest,
able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under
pressure
· Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

3. TAX SUPERVISOR

· Handle company’s taxation and make monthly tax reports (especially
especially VAT, Withholdings art. 21, 22, 23, & 25)
· Make fiscal and commercial reconciliation
· Perform monthly reviews of the journal entries, sub-ledgers,
reconciliations, accounting schedules and other accounting reports.
· Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating
performance indicators and financial statements.
· Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
statements and maintain related sub-ledgers and account reconciliations affect
to taxation
· Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data
· Perform in tax assessment and tax appeal.

Requirement:
· Male/Female, single, max. 30 years old.
· Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA 2.80 of 4.00)
· Having Brevet A and B certificate is an advantage
· Use English actively.
· Min 3 years experience in the same position.
· Having experience in tax assessment and tax appeal is an advantage
· Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.
· Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.
· Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

OTR Sales & Service Representative

EUROTIRE ASIA is offering an exciting opportunity to build the Eurotire OTR tire & service activities with mining customers in Indonesia.

This position requires both commercial and technical skills. The commercial activity requires developing business relationships and introducing products and services, presenting performance value and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical activity requires regular site visits to analyse usage conditions, collect performance data and provide the customer with product recommendations.

This is an important position and successful applicants will be expected to have professional presentation skills and be able to handle reporting and CRM tools.

Technical & commercial training will be provided

Personal Qualities:

Accountant and General Affairs Manager

Duties:
Accounting:

* Maintain the daily ledger according to per Indonesia tax regulation
* Manage the company accounts and bookkeeping.
* Manage the banking communication and instructions.
* Prepare the monthly and annual budget and expense report to Asia Finance Department.
* Manage petty cash.
* Prepare and submit finance/statistic report strictly according to per local regulation.
* Liaison with supplier or third party to ensure accurate and timely payment.
* Executive staff reimbursement, make sure compliance with inter-company rules.
* Manage property


General Affairs:

Liaison with Indonesian Tax Bureau, Immigration Bureau, and other related public local officer, to deal with the related law affairs. Ensure correct procedures and filing for contractual matters.



Qualification:

* Fluent English (Written and Oral)
* Accounting educational background.
* 3- 5 years or above working experience in Accounting, and knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
* Accountant certificate is must.
* Familiar with the Indonesian accounting laws and regulations, understand the tax laws and related taxation policies
* Familiar with Indonesian banking and tax procedures
* Skilled application of financial software (Quickbook or similar software) and office software
* Accounting experience in import and export is preferred

Responsibilities:
