Our main product is stuffed cherry peppers, processed IMMEDIATELY after harvesting and combined with finest ingredients based on original italian recipes, which makes our stuffed cherry peppers crunchy, tasty and insuperable.

Java Peppers Industries is seeking for high potential candidate to join our team as:

1. FARM MANAGER ASSISTANT (FMA)
• Male, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (majoring in Plant Protection /Plant Pests and Diseases preferable) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
• Strong leadership, expert in field job and deep knowledge about chili peppers / paprica with field experience min. 2 years
• Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases
• Know well about farming circle of process (from seeding to post-harvesting) and fertilizer formulation
• Capable to develop, manage, and evaluate a farm system; likes to do experiments
• Hardworker, responsible, excellent team player and able to work base on target
• Fluent in English would be advantageous

2. SENIOR MECHANIC AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY VEHICLE (SMA)
• Male, max. 38 years old
• Education min. STM / SMK automotive or mechanical
• Expert in automotive mechanical and deep knowledge about heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, forklift, etc) and automotive / cars
• Capable in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, dozer, forklift, etc) and automotive with experiences min. 5 years
• Hardworker, responsible, excellent team player and able to work base on target
• Fluent in English would be advantageous

3. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FA)
• Female, max. 27 years old
• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• English and computer proficiency
• Posses good comprehension in Accounting system
• Strong knowledge of function of costing, tax, etc
• Accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet standard and special management reports, ensure internal and legal compliances.
• Honest, have good attitude and interpersonal skill
• Smart, independent, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

4. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)
• Male / Female, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial, Chemical or Food Technology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• Skillful in maintenance and trouble shooting general problem
• English and computer proficiency
• Good Attitude, strong leadership, independent, responsible and quick learner
• Able to work under pressure and based on target, good teamwork
• Fresh graduates are welcome

5. PROJECT ANALYST (PA)
• Male, max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial or Exact Sciences (Statistic, Mathematic) from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• Familiar to working with data and statistics
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• English and computer proficiency
• Strong leadership and managerial skill
• Posses good comprehension in ERP / MRP System
• Responsible for production and project plan based on forecast, resources, raw material and delivery schedule
• Stock management based on inventory and warehouse management principles
• Provide monthly report concerning all monitoring of production and project planning & inventory control

PT Oorja Indo Petangis Four, one of the fastest growing mining company, having its site in South and East Kalimantan. Currently we are mining and exporting our coal to various countries. Now we are in the process of expanding our business, looking for several good candidate for :

1. Mining Supervisor

• Min Graduated from High School or equivalent.
• Have min 5 (five) years experience as Mining Supervisor in Coal Mining.
• Have good Leadership and hard working.
• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP, POM or POU).
• Willing to work in Kalimantan.

2. Human Resources (HR) Supervisor

• Male and max 45 years old.
• Have min 5 (five) years experience as HR (General) Supervisor.
• Fluent in English is a must and can operate microsoft word and excel.
• Have good Leadership and hard working.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.

3. Accountant

• Female and the candidate must be possess from Bachelor s Degree in Accounting.
• Hard working and Having min 2 (two) years of working experience as Finance & Accountant.
• Familiar in Liase with Bank or Bank interaction.
• Experience with any Accounting Software.

4. Junior Accountant

• Female and the candidate must be possess from Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or minimum Diplome.
• Fresh Graduate and hard working or more preferably having 1 (one) years of working experience as Entry Data Processing in Finance & Accounting Dept.
• Able to use any Accounting Software (under windows).

5. Senior Mechanic

• Male and max 35 years old.
• Min Senior High School or equivalent.
• Hard working, Having min 3 years of working experience as Senior Mechanic preferably from Mining or Heavy Equipment Industry.
• Familiar with Hydrolic and Heavy Equipment System.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
