Requirements:

* Graduate from Senior High School/Diploma is preffered
* Experience in plant operation min 1 year
* Have SIO is preffered
* Have blaster course certificate (KJL 2)

TRUCK OPERATOR
Requirements:

* Graduate from Senior High School
* Minimum 3 years experience in truck operator
* Minimum 2 years experience in mining company
* Having certificate of Volvo/Iveco training

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:

* Graduate from Technical High School
* Minimum 3 years experience in mechanic
* Minimum 2 years experience in electrician
* Having SIO of forklift is preferred
* Having driving license min SIM B1

OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:

* Graduate from High School
* Minimum 5 years experience in Mining company
* Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast
* Computer literacy
* Having driving license min SIM B1

TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER
Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering background
* Minimum 3 years experience in Mining company
* Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast
* Fluently in English both oral and written
* Computer literacy
* Having driving license min SIM A

SITE MANAGER
Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering background
* Minimum 5 years experience in Mining company

1. EXPLORATION MANAGER (Code: EXPLOR)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old.
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology.
3. Minimum 6 (six) years experience, preferable in mineral exploration.
4. Expertise in mineral exploration operation activities, such as Setting Up an SOP, Mine Planning & Exploration, Logistics and Administration Aspect.
5. Computer literate (MS Office, Data Mine, MapInfo, AutoCAD).
6. Fluent in English both Oral and Written.
7. Able to make progress report on designated project.
8. Resource definition and estimation, including quality assurance and quality control procedures.
9. Able to control exploration program, geological modeling, reserve calculations.
10. Research, review and assess geological and geophysical data in the planning, implementation and monitoring of exploration activities for company tenure areas; work closely with GM Exploration, Geologist, GIS and drilling team members to develop exploration targets.
11. Develop and maintain geological model for each exploration target area.
12. Preparation of technical reports for the various feasibility studies and quarterly statutory government reports.
13. Knowledgeable in HSE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR.
14. Good health and able to work under pressure.

2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience as CDO, CSR preferably from the mining company or plantation company.
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication.
4. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
5. Good communication in both written and spoken English.
6. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization as well as with people from various levels and villagers.
7. Good relationship with community, government institution and non government institution.
8. Posses good concepts on community development, community empowerment and local business development program.
9. Good interpersonal and organizational skill.

3. SITE MANAGER / DEPUTY SITE MANAGER (Code: SITE)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old.
2. Minimum 8 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level.
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology.
4. Posses minimum POM certificate.
5. Fluent in English both oral & written.
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result.
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.

4. LAB SUPERINTENDENT (Code: LAB)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 40 years old.
2. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry.
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience as mineral analyst.
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities.
5. Responsible for mining quality.
6. Familiar with laboratory instruments, especially X-Ray Fluorescence and Atomic Absorption Spectrometer.
7. Familiar with Japanese Industrial Standard: JISM 8100, M 8126
8. Fluent in English both oral & written.
9. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet.
10. Good understanding about Safety / K3
11. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)

Requirements:

4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities.
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine.
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
7. Taking care of quality of mine product.
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3.
9. Fluent in English both oral & written.
10. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
11. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCAD).
12. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.

6. GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERINTENDENT (Code: GA)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 40 years old.
2. Hold Bachelor degree (S1) in Law, Management or Social Science.
3. Having min 3 years experience as General Affairs, preferably from mining or construction industry.
4. Good lobbying and communication skill.
5. Excellent English, able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
6. Familiar with general affairs jobs.
7. In charge for overall office general affairs, such as office maintenance, office procurement and supply of goods, document renewal, transportation, guests services, camp services, etc.
8. Arrange and supervise office boy and driver s jobs.
9. Handling inventory for office assets and equipment.
10. Computer literate.
11. Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working and result oriented.
12. Able to handle multi tasking job.

7. HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR (Code: HRD)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old.
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining industry.
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of law.
4. Fluent in English both oral & written.
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
6. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS).
7. Posses CHRP certification will be advantage.
8. To be located in northern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule.

8. MINE PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (Code: PROD)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 40 years old.
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry.
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology.
4. Posses minimum POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate from Dept. ESDM.
5. Fluent in English both oral & written.
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
7. Plan and carry out mining work include: excavating, hauling and disposal of mine s product into the ROM according to the target (manpower, units, facilities, fuel, materials, days / hours of work and safety).
8. Responsible for the utilization: manpower, units, facilities, fuel, consumable goods, materials and other facilities to support production.
9. Responsible for the targeted production and productivity of equipment and manpower.
10. Responsible for company assets that are under their supervision.
11. Perform administrative tasks related to the scope of work, included in this responsibility is just to make daily reports, weekly and monthly production.
12. Monitor the achievement of project targets that exist under its responsibility in accordance with the plan to be sure that project goals can be achieved, and analyze if the target is not achieved, and to take action to fix it. Included in this responsibility is to manage the PDCA cycle and do all the steps to problem identification and improvement actions.
13. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate.

9. GRADE CONTROL SUPERVISOR (Code: GRADE)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old.
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology.
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company.
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality.
5. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production.
6. Responsible for the stockpiles.
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3.
8. Fluent in English both oral & written.
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
10. To be located in northern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule.

10. DUMP TRUCK / EXCAVATOR / DOOZER OPERATOR (Code: A2B)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 40 years old.
2. Minimum 1 (one) year experience in related field, preferably from mining company or construction company.
3. Having BII driving licence.
4. Having SKCK letter.
5. Able to drive all kind of heavy duty equipment (dump truck / excavator / grader / bulldozer) from various brand (Japanese, Europe).
6. Passed color blindness test.
7. Understanding about Safety procedure.
8. To be located in northern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule.
