4. Drilling Logistic/Material Coordinator
Job Description:

a. Monitor, update, provide and maximize the existing stock list utilization of drilling material/equipment and ensuring all are available in the field in time.
b. Provide the recommendation of logistic strategy.
c. Work with SCM in movement process of material/equipment and inventory tracking sheet.
d. Manage the inventory system and update in weekly basis and optimize the warehouse and yard.
e. Check the material physically and periodically and report to Drilling Engineer.

5. Drilling SHE Coordinator
Job Description:

a. Prepare weekly report or every rig, operationally under DSS supervision in brief and user friendly.
b. Conduct inspection/Audit of housekeeping and rig accessories equipment periodically with SHE Business Unit/ rig and company man and submit findings report to the team.
c. Conduct training and provide guidance to SHE Business Unit in implementing safety induction to visitor/new employers who will work at drilling area.
d. Monitor activities of SHE Business Unit in implementing duties that already follow the SHE plan and documented at Company Man/Radio Room file.

10. Internal Audit (IA)
• Pengalaman: minimal 3 tahun sebagai internal audit di perusahaan pertambangan, mampu menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi resiko, serta melakukan annual assessment untuk semua lingkup kerja.
• Pendidikan: minimal S1 Accounting/Management/Pertambangan.
