Operational Manager
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
  
• Minimum S1, preferable from Agriculture/Agriculture Management
  
• Having minimum 2 years experience related to Operation Management, especially Trading Operation
  
• Fluent in English both oral and written
  
• Handle operational and administration activities (based on GCG principle):
  • Ensure stock is available (local and import)
    
  • Distribute fertilizer
  • Handle PSO (public service obligation)
    
  • Install Quarantine Flora
• Develop the mechanism of duties and SOP auction documents or selecting vendors and agreement with vendor
  
• Financial control
  
• Search and select vendor for the company’s needs
  
• Handle customer’s complains
  
• Coordinate with corporation / related unit
  
• Monitoring aging’s process
  
• Develop report to General Manager in certain terms of period

Marketing / Administration Staff
Requirements:

• Male/Female
  
• Age max. 27 years old
  
• Minimum D3/S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Marketing Management, with min. GPA 2,75
  
• Minimum 1 years experience in related position, Fresh Graduate are welcome
  
• Good command in English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage.
