SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER
Responsible for making patterns and designs as well as coordinating the making of product samples for exhibition.

* Female, age maximal 35 years old.
* Degree/ Diploma from fashion design.
* Possess minimum 7 (seven) years experience in same position.
* Mastering principles of pattern/ design.
* Able to work in a team.
* Computer literate.
* Proficient in English and Japanese is advantage.
* Will be based in Jakarta Office.

MERCHANDISER
Responsible for maintaining and setting administration works, communication with all departments according to department’s requirements.

* Female, age 22 - 30 years
* Minimum Diploma from any disciplines
* Possess min. 2 - 3 year experience in related fields
* Ability to handle administration matters
* Computer literate
* Good communication skill
* Proficient in English and Japanese is advantage
* Good appearance
* Preferably stay around west of Jakarta

Key Responsibilities;
Quotation Merchandiser:

1. Analyze the developments/quotations, ensure that all is clear
2. Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price,quality & lead-time
3. Work together with the team and technicians
4. Send the development/quotation to best suitable suppliers
5. Analyze the price acc. to price method, quality and lead-time
6. Check the fitting/appeal of the garment. Does it look good, H&M product? Send best package to buyer
7. Give feedback to supplier regarding price, sample and possible requests for improvements
8. Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method
9. If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed
10. In case all details are clear transfer order + offer sample/style sample to Production Merchandiser for follow up

Production Merchandiser :

1. Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped
2. Analyze the order upon receipt and ensure that all details are correct
3. Follow up the order by using tools, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure that shipment is on time
4. Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for
5. Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers
6. Be proactive and take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group
