Finance & Accounting Manager
The position will lead existing finance and accounting team in performing accounting and reporting, compliance and controlling, planning and analysis, treasury and tax activities. Suitable candidates will have technical expertise to advise complex accounting issues to functional and operational managers, proven track of records in monitoring Kill and drive target achievement. A profound track of record for at least 8 years will be considered.

Department Manager — Coatings
The position will oversee overall management of business operations and responsible for unit’s P&L. A strong, leadership with sales experiences in selling chemicals to paint, ink, and construction industries for more than 8 years will be expected. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge in key customers and suppliers management.

Supply Chain Manager
The newly established position will oversee the whole supply chain management covering forecast, order, import, warehouse, and delivery. He/She will be expected to design and execute improvement program as per corporate’s global standard. Experience in similar position in handling chemicals or industrial products will be an advantage.

Sales Executives — Nutraceutical Ingredients
Suitable candidate will have sales and technical experiences for at lease 5 years, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, with strong inclination towards product application and formulation works. He/She should have good command of English, good sense of marketing, and enjoys traveling. A degree in Pharmacy will be an advantage.

Sales Executives — Food Ingredients
Our business expansion provides available positions in Jakarta, Semarang and Surabaya for candidates with experiences in selling food additives for more than 4 years to target segments of beverages, bakery, dairy, snacks, meat & seafood processing. Main traits expected will include aggressive, dynamics, fast learner and target oriented personality. Food technologist will be given priority.

Sales Executives — Plastic Additives
Good candidate will poses experience in selling raw material plastic additives for at least 5 years to master batches and compounder customers with technical selling approaches for specialty products. A degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering will be an advantage.

Sales Executives — Animal Feed Additives
Our current strong port folio of both commodity and specialty products requires dynamic sales person to execute market penetration to both feed mills and farms. The person should have strong exposures to ruminant and non-ruminant segment, and willing to do traveling from Jakarta base office. A degree in veterinary/animal husbandry will be given priority.

Human Resources Specialist
Dynamic development of the organization requires a candidate with strong experiences in developing distribution entity. The organization development will includes benchmarking compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions, personnel development, and good working environment development. A candidate with similar experiences for at least 5 years will be considered.

Chemonics InternationalChemonics International Inc., a leading international consulting firm, seeks to fill the following long-term, full-time positions for a project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Indonesia Changes for Justice (W). The primary objective of the G4.1 project is to improve the performance of Indonesia’s justice system, a prerequisite for good governance and sustained economic growth, through cooperation with the Supreme Court and Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of the Republic of Indonesia.

Technical Position #1: Prosecution and Training Specialist
The Prosecution and Training Specialist is responsible primarily for providing assistance to the AGO on training as well as to other AGO needs pursuant to the C4J work plan. Activities will include providing technical assistance for prosecutors and AGO staff on prosecution reforms and capacity-building, including bureaucratic reforms, human resources, communications, public information access, and training of the same, including training assessments, curriculum design, development of materials, train-the-trainers activities and implementation of training. The person selected for this position will be expected to take on a lead role and to collaborate closely with project staff and the AGO to enhance institutional management, integrity and efficiency of the AGO and improve AGO staff technical competency and accountability.

Technical Position #2: Human Resources Specialist
The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to all human resources activities undertaken in cooperation with the AGO, including meeting with justice sector leaders, organization restructuring, developing regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPS) for recruitment, career development, performance management, and implementing these activities. The person selected for this position will cooperate in mentoring AGO human resources professionals and in training and developing their respective staff.

Qualifications
Applicants for the Prosecution and Training Specialist must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with legal education and training, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with or teaching on the Indonesian criminal justice system and/or criminal law and procedure. This would include NGO or civil society monitoring of AGO and the criminal justice system. A comprehensive understanding of criminal justice legal and practice issues is also required. Experience or intensive education of adult interactive learning and training methodology and prior experience with the Attorney General’s Office is strongly preferred. A minimum education of a law degree (SH or LL.B.) is required, and the degree of LL.M. is preferred. A degree of B.A. or Master’s degree in related subjects may be sufficient if the candidate has a minimum of five (5) years equivalent work with legal training.

Applicants for the Human Resources Specialist must have a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the technical subject area and with helping organizations manage and adjust to significant change. An advanced university degree in the relevant technical areas or comparable education or experience is required.

For both positions, prior experience with technical assistance projects and work with donor-funded projects is preferred; written and verbal fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a prerequisite; Indonesian citizenship is required; strong interpersonal and communication skills are required; and demonstrated skills with software packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
