1. MARKETING DIRECTOR (MD)
Holding senior position, you will be responsible in designing, implementing and facilitating annual marketing plan and execution for the firm as well as being in charge for planning and administering Marketing Operations budget and overseeing corporate communications activities.

2. BRAND MANAGER (BM)
Having main function in planning, developing and directing the marketing efforts for a particular brand or product, you are responsible in advertising, promotion and marketing research.

3. TRADE MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER (TMDM)
Develops business plans and sales distribution strategy to ensure the attainment of sales target and profitability, you are responsible in adhering company policies, procedures and business ethics codes to ensure the communication and implementation within the team and distributor.

4. BRAND REGISTRATION EXECUTIVE (BRE)
Being responsible in ensuring the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of products to control the safety and efficacy, you will also be in charge in product registration at SPOM.

5. TRAINING EXECUTIVE (TE)
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible in planning, coordinating, organizing and evaluating training activities. Having passion and experience in training is a must.

The successful candidate should have at least 7 years (MD) and 3 years (BM, TMDM, BRE, TE) of proven excellent track record in the same position, having minimum S1 degree preferable overseas graduates, excellent command of English, positive attitude and high integrity.

MERCYCORPS, an international relief and development organization focusing on alleviating hardship, reducing poverty and improving living conditions of vulnerable populations in crisis urgently searching for qualified Indonesian citizen for Urban Director with following qualifications:

• MATS or equivalent in management, international development or other relevant field;
• Experience with urban development/regeneration in developed country setting essential;
• Expertise in urban governance and land management;
• 5-7 years experience administering large scale multidisciplinary urban programs;
• 5-7 years demonstrated ability to build staff capacity in cross-cultural setting as well as excellent team-building and interpersonal skills;
• 3-5 years’ experience with donor requirements of USAID, UN, DFID, EU and private donors and foundations;
