1. Production Superintendent (Code: PST)
Reporting to Project Manager and work closely with Engineering Superintendent and Plant Superintendent; familiar with operational best practices; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining with minimum 2 (two) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum “Pratama-POP” certification is a must; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

2. Production Supervisor (Code: PSV)
Reporting to Operation Superintendent and work closely with Engineering Supervisor, this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining or Geological Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 2 (two) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum “Pratama-POP” certification is preferred; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

3. Production Foreman (Code: PFM)
Reporting to Production Supervisor; familiar with operational best practices; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization; familiar with 3 (three) types of Heavy Equipment.
Minimum 4 (four) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; good ability in employee s supervision; good communication and interpersonal skill; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

4. Mine Engineering Supervisor (Code: MES)
Work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible to support projects with short and long term mine planning and other mining engineering aspects, set up a production standard, continuously monitor the achievement gap and analyze necessary improvement action.
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering degree & qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; must have mining operation technical skill; must have ability to operate mining software (MineScape and Surpac); the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

5. Mine Engineer (Code: MEG)
Reporting to Engineering Supervisor and work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible to support projects with short and long term mine planning and other mining engineering aspects, set up a production standard, continuously monitor the achievement gap and analyze necessary improvement action.
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering degree; professional experience in mine engineering is preferred; fresh graduate are welcomed; must have mining operation technical skill; ability to analyze mine planning from Mining Owner & creating an effective mining sequence; must have ability to operate mining software (MineScape and Surpac); the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

6. Plant Planner & Engineer (Code: PPE)
Reporting to Plant Supervisor, this position will be responsible to develop maintenance planning and schedule.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional experience in Plant Planning is preferred; fresh graduate are welcomed; have knowledge of best practices in maintenance planning; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

7. Preventive Maintenance Foreman (Code: PMF)
Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor; familiar with maintenance best practices; this position will be responsible to maintenance administration, schedule and plan routine maintenance, and repair functions.
Minimum 4 (four) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; good ability in employee s supervision; good communication and interpersonal skill; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

8. Safety Officer (Code: SOF)
Reporting to Safety Superintendent, this position will be responsible to develop and implement all aspects of safety and training, accident prevention, safety performance report, and accident and incident investigation for the mining operations.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering & qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; have knowledge of HSE and OHSAS 18001 and hold training/ seminars certificate of safety is preferred; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

• Strong leadership, good interpersonal relationship, reliable and care for productivity improvement.

Instructor – Machine Operation
Requirement:

• To train new Operator under OHT Qualified Operator Training Program as well as extending ability of experienced Operators on other machines, including excavator, bulldozer and motor grader.
• University graduate, with at least three years experience in training of machine operation. Possess good knowledge of operation safety and equipment operation characteristic.
• Has good interpersonal relationship and care for people safety.

Warehouse Superintendent
Requirement:

• To manage 20.000 line-item warehouses of heavy equipment parts.
• University graduate with at least seven years experience in warehousing and logistic services.
• Possess strong leadership, good teamwork and ability to extend good customer service and has proven track record on dedication and integrity.

Master Mechanic
Requirement:

• To lead groups of Mechanics to carry out heavy equipment major component repairs
• At least High Technical School graduate with at least twelve years experience in major repair of heavy equipment, including Caterpillar OHT. Experience on Liebherr and Hitachi giant excavators is an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership, good teamwork and care for people development.
• Nationality: Indonesia, Philippines, Australian or South African is acceptable.

SHE Officer
Requirement:

• To carry out SHE procedures, includes safety induction and implementation and to support culture development to make safety as NEED instead of responsibility.
• University graduate, preferably Occupational Health, with at least three years experience in SHE. Possess good knowledge of mining safety, health and enviro regulations and audit system.
• Has good interpersonal relationship and care for people safety.

Requirement:

• To carry out supervision of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
