Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:

* Ensure all production activities are meet with HACCP, ISO, GMP. Safety and Food Safety Standard;
* Ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and they are produce on time, to the satisfaction of the customer, at the right price;
* Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs which emphasize continuous quality improvement;
* Work closely with the other department team to implement the company and factory policies and goals (KPI);
* Also Responsible for motivating people within the production team;

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Others), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Delta Silicon 2 Lippo Cikarang.

QC Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Under the leader ship of QC Asst. Manager, build a competent Quality team. As well as establishing a disciplined but friendly working environment

* Liaise with Food Safety department to implement Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP policies and guidelines as a working framework which are well known by the staff
* Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at laboratory.
* Prepare and implement an effective quality system
* Establish an efficient & effective Quality system
* Design process & product / quality improvement, as well as contribute ideas on cost reduction, in result of better quality and competitive products
* Liaise with Production, Technical, Raw material and Finished Good warehouse to ensure industrial target are met

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Engineer
Responsibilities:
Organize & Conduct all maintenance especially in electric activity to support production department for achieving a product as per quality, productivity & Standard’s efficiency set by company

* Monitor & Analyze electric consumption and develop energy saving
* Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at engineering activity
* Hands on experience in Utility Area (Electricity, Steam boiler, Compressor, Generator, Power distribution, Chillers Unit and WWTP)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
