Requirements:

• Having min. 2 years experience as related positions. (1-8)
• Experience in KAP is advantage. (1-4)
• Having experience in maintaining financial audit process. (1-4)
• Able to prepare the financial reports. (1-4)
• Able and strong with account balance sheet reconciliation. (1-4)
• Able to prepare Cash Flow Projection. (1-4)
• Computer literate and familiar with Accounting Application program. (1-4)
• Experience in HR in Kalimantan area is a must (site area). (5)

HRD (Supervisor–Superintendent)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from any major (preferably from psychology, law or management).
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience as HRD Supervisor/Superintendent (HR Generalist), preferably from mining, manufacture or construction industry.
3. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRIS).
4. Job Location: Jakarta or Maluku.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty.
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company.
3. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities.
4. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine.
5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
6. Taking care of quality of mine product.
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3.
8. Capable of operating mining software such as Surpac, MineScape, AutoCad).

MINING PRODUCTION (Superintendent-Manager)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology.
2. Minimum 6 (six) years experience in mining company.
3. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc).
4. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
5. Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures.
6. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage.

MARINE SAFETY (Foreman-Supervisor)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree from faculty of marine merchant academy, public health, or transportation engineering.
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience as safety officer in shipping company or shipyard.
3. Posses AK3 certificate and knowledge SMK3 system.
4. Good knowledge about QMS on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
5. Monitoring safety movement of all fleet (from stock yard to tug/barges, Mother Vessel, Floating Cranes) and also monitoring of dry dock.
6. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige.
7. Accountable for reporting all type accident (Fatality, LTI, Medical Aid, First Aid, Property Damage, Near Miss and Fire).

GRADE CONTROL (Foreman-Supervisor)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology.
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company.
3. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality.
4. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production.
5. Responsible for the stockpiles.
6. Good understanding about HSE / K3

LOADING MASTER / ASST. LOADING MASTER
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from Marine Academy.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in shipping company or shipyards.
3. Posses minimum ANT 4 / Deck Officer Class 4
4. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations.
5. Experience in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel.

ENVIRONMENT (Supervisor)
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer.
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry.
3. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation.
4. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company.

LABORATORY ANALYST (Supervisor)
Qualifications:

1. Diploma III Chemistry / Bachelor degree from MIPA Chemistry.
2. Minimal 3 years experience in Lab & QC mining.
3. Can operate XRF & AAS.
4. Familiar ISO 17025 : 2005
5. Possess managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality.

DRILLER
Qualifications:

1. Pendidikan min SMK / sederajat.
2. Pengalaman min 3 tahun dibidang yang sama.
3. Menguasai peralatan bor untuk tambang & perawatannya.
4. Mengetahui prosedur K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).

MAINTENANCE (Foreman-Supervisor-Superintendent)
Qualifications:

1. Pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Mesin / Elektronika / Otomotif.
2. Pengalaman min 2 tahun di bidang yang sama.
3. Mengetahui manajemen pemeliharaan (maintenance schedule / plan) alat berat.
4. Mampu berbahasa Inggris & mengoperasikan computer.
5. Mengetahui prosedur Safety / K3

General Requirements:

• Male/Female, age max. 45 years old.
• Computer literacy (min. MS Office).
• Responsible, adaptable, like challenge and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be located in Maluku Island with rotation schedule.
