Senior C# Programmer
Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
* Min 2 years working experience in the same or cross field under IT consulting company
* Having knowledge about .NET Technology and .NET Framework will be an advantage
* Experienced in developing reusable software (framework, library, control)
* Experienced in software development using ASP.NET. C# and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 + reporting service
* Sounds familiar with SDLC, Programming, and RDBMS Concepts, OOP
* Experienced with window application, web application and develop ERP system (preferably in Manufacturing system)
* Has strong communication, documentation, & presentation skills
* Self starter and able to work under minimum supervision

IT Project Manager (IT PRO MNGR-E)
Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
* Min 5 years working experience as IT Project Manager
* An expert in software engineering field and has experience in managing big size software (ERP) development projects
* Familiar with commercial ERP systems
* Has strong communication, documentation, & presentation skills
* Proactive and solution oriented

System Analyst / Business Analyst
Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
* Minimum 5 years experiences in software development projects
* Able to conduct business and user requirement analysis
* Able to document and translate business & user requirements into specific software requirements and detail design specifications.
* Has good understanding on SDLC and its application
* Familiar with both client/server and web based application architectures
* Strong leadership skills and has the capacity to establish a strong software development team (for business analyst)
* Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
* A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Database Administrator
Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
* Has at least 2 years as Database Administrator
* Has the ability to setup and maintain Microsoft SQL / MySQL database server
* Has the ability to develop data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence platform
* Mastered in managing database security
* Mastered in performance tuning, replication, transactions & locking
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

1. ENGINEERING & PLANNING MANAGER (EPM)

Responsibility:
Responsible to handle all strategic planning including CAPIA program, execute Geographical Information System, Construction Tender and technical specification

Requirements:

* University (S1) degree in Civil Engineering or Hydraulic, Engineering, preferable (S2) in management
* Has minimum 5 years applicable working experience in managerial level
* Knowledgeable in Strategic Planning, Capex, Hydraulic model, Geographic Information system
* A pro-active, hands-on and with practical management approach

2. SENIOR ENGINEER (SE)

Requirements:

* Minimum Degree (S1) from Civil Environmental or Mechanical engineering
* Has minimum 4 years experience as Project Control, Cost Controller, Planning/Master Plan Detail and accurate, dynamic, active
* Computer literate and good in verbal & written in English is essential.

3. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibility:
Responsible to the performance, integrity, and security of database. Design and document database architecture, data warehousing and business intelligence platform, build database scheme and procedures, implementation, monitoring, timing, backup, migration, and support.

Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
* Having experience minimum 3 (three) years as Database Administrator in a multinational company.
* Proficiency in database administration, prospect and constituent management, data imports and exports, developing reports (preferably using Crystal Reports)
* Must posses excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
* Must have a strong customer service orientation, proactive, dynamic, initiative
* Expected to utilize most primary business software and system knowledge of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Linux, Solaris, T-SQL, PL/SQL, RAID
* Good command in English
