Registration Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Ensuring the appropriate licensing (create and renew), advice on and coordinate the approval and registration of our products, being liaison with concerned parties (government institutions), handle all administration documents related to all registration matters.
Tasks :
o Handling regulatory job in products (medical equipment, food & beverages) to authorities.
o Prepare and compile dossiers (documents) of products before submitted to authorities.
o Follow up registration process in authorities
o Filing and preparing all documents
o Build and maintain relationship with government institutions (authorities), such as : Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, Departemen Kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan, Departemen Pertanian, BKPM, Departemen Perdagangan dan Perindustrian, etc.
o Search and updating new and relevant regulations related to these matters.
Skills :
o Able to build and maintain good relationships with Government Institution (authorities)
o Familiar with registration regulations in Indonesia.
o Great interpersonal skills

He/she will be responsible to handle product in Hospitality by developing market, creating demand, promoting sales, to maintain a good relationship with professional in hospitality industries such as: hotel, apartment, restaurant, café and other institutions to achieve monthly sales target, quarterly or annually
Tasks:
o Study product knowledge
o Study the market
o Doing market and product promotion
o Prepare proposals and technical data
o Customer calls & visits
o Negotiates sales and closes orders to meet sales quotas
o Coordinate import, delivery, installation and training
o Follow up the order, invoicing and payments
o Follow up the after service to ensure the satisfactory of the user
o Documentation and reporting
o Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:

Experience:
o Minimum 3 years experience in sales
