Corporate Legal Manager (LEGAL)
Qualification :

* Excellent academic record from a recognized law school;
* At least 5 years experiences as a Corporate Legal in the Property Field or an Associates in Corporate Law Firm;
* Well versed with various properties and lands law, i.e.: Indonesian land Law, sale and purchase, land acquisition, lease agreement, property Agency Agreement;
* Having good interpretation and understand legal techniques as well as legal drafting, legal opinion, etc;
* Having experienced in litigation field, outsourcing and manpower law;
* Possess an Advocate License from PERADI;
* Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team and have a strong leadership;
* Excellent command in English communication skills.

System Analyst Manager (SAM)
Qualification :

* Male or Female, max. 30 years old;
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalents. Advanced degree is preferred;
* At least 5 years relevant working experience in IT Development as Application Developer or System Analyst;
* Good Skill in Microsoft .Net Framework (c#), Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic 6, LAN System;
* Understand SQL Statement and accounting system;
* Having knowledge about Property Management Skill is an advantage;
* Sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership;
* Able to communicate in English (Oral and written);

Finance & Accounting Senior Manager (FAM)
Qualification :

* Bachelor’s degree (preferably a master’s degree) in economics from reputable university;
* At least 5 years experiences in finance & accounting as a manager & preferably in the field of Property Finance;
* Familiar with audit process and procedures, Tax Regulation, business planning & budgeting, cash management & ERP Software;
* Sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership;

Research Executive
General Requirement:

Job description :

• Support team function of collecting, collating, maintaining and analyzing property data. This involves a quarterly data cycle in which data is collected from both primary and secondary market.
• Prepare property market report for Colliers in quarterly basis. Report includes sector performance, trend in price/rent, economic factors and others that might be related to the sector.
• Prepare presentation material on property market and conduct the presentation to the designated clients.

Account Executives or Marketing Executives
In order to qualify for the position, prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

• S1/BS degree or higher in economy, business administration, architect, engineering, or marketing from a reputable university, preferably from abroad
