HRD & PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Male / Female, maximum age 35 years
* Education min. S1 Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management
* Work experience min. 3 years in the same field in the field of manufacturing
* Understanding about TNA, evaluation and training to various levels of competence and its application.
* Ability to create training and development programs
* Able to provide training with a variety of training methods
* Used to provide training on their own
* Have the ability to analyze and a good conceptual
* Mastering / understand the recruitment process (Mastering tools & test methods of assessment), selection, development and appraisal of employees.
* Mastering the Labor Law, payroll, worker and General Affairs
* Understand Perfomance Appraisal, ISO 9001 and 5R
* Can work in team and individual
* Master of computers (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)
* Discipline, industrious, tenacious, persistent, and responsibility

ACCOUNTING (Jakarta_
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Female(Maximum age 35 Years)
* Minimum education S1 Accounting, GPA min.2, 75
* Minimum 5 years work experience in the Accounting Industry Companies / Manufacturing / Factory
* last 3 years Work Experience in Position / Level SUPERVISOR company Industrial / Manufacturing preferred.
* HAVE TO COST ACCOUNTING company Mastering Industrial / Manufacturing
* Able to present the Financial Report is true according to the Indonesian Accounting Principles
* Able to prepare Cash Flow & Budget, Plan & Develop short-term work program and long-term
* Able to review and compile correctly Accounting System
* Able to review and develop systems & procedures to apply in a safe and healthy plant
* Previously worked in the firm at least 3 years (as a value-added)
* Must master the Tax System in Indonesia Taxation & Regulation
* Have a diploma / certificate Brevet A & B is a value-added
* Computer literate MS Office and Accounting Program (Integrated Accounting Software)
* Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
* Able to work under pressure & hard work, overtime
* Able to work as Team Work, guiding / directing subordinates (has Leadership)
* Able to coordinate and control all activities related to the Finance & Accounting (both direct subordinates or other departments involved)
* Preference will be given which has a high dedication, loyalty to the company, HONEST and responsible
