MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ( Cilegon-Merak )
Management Trainee for Resin Department
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75
• Has knowledge in resin polymerization.
• Has experience 1- 2 years will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Has good attitude and able to work in team.

Management Trainee for Product Development Unit
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree of Chemical Science or Forestry from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75.
• Has experience 1- 2 years will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Has good attitude and able to work in detail.

Management Trainee for Logistics Department
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75
• Has knowledge and skill in logistic, inventory management and planning.
• Has ability in using AutoCad.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Has experience 1- 2 years will be an advantage.
• Has good attitude and leadership skill.

CA has integrated Polyethylene production facility incorporates world class technologies to produce Polyethylene resins which meet the great majority of demand for Polyethylenes in Indonesia. PT. Styrindo Mono Indonesia (SMI), a subsidiary company of CA, is located in Puloampel, North Serang industrial area of Banten, West Java. The company produces Styrene Monomer since 1992.

Styrene Monomer (SM) is the raw material for downstream industries manufacturing PS (Polystyrene), EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), SBL (Styrene Butadiene Latex) and UPR (Unsaturated Polyester Resin).

MECHANICAL ROTATING SPECIALIST
Qualifications :

• Good communication, report writing and analyzing in English
  
• Have strong knowledged in maintenance work. (Installing; maintenance equipment; Equipment/material failures; welding work/procedure, NDT, Vibration analysis, etc)
  
• University or Poly Technic Graduted in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Experience min 7 years (S1) & 10 Years (D3) in petrochemical Plant or similar
  
• Male, Age 32-40 years
