Responsibilities:
* Scope of works:
o TResponsible for managing the effective & efficient operation of all commercial haulage include of TM, Tipper, and Pump, ensuring the most effective transport solutions, cost efficient and utilized to meet the business needs of PTHB
o Ensure that all commercial road haulage fully complies with all legal and requirements
Requirements:
* Education:
o Business Management/Logistics/Engineer (Mechanical)
* Experience:
o 4 years experience in the logistics & Transportation industries
* Computer literacy:
o Computer literacy
* Language:
o Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
* Other qualification / skills:
o Up-to-date knowledge of current transport related procedures, legislation, equipment, and operations.
o Strong leadership ability to build a cohesive team
o Ability to coach and mentor employees
o Excellent communication skills.
o Ability to develop solid and creative operational strategies
