Requirements :

* Male/Female around 22-27 years old
* Hold at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree from reputable universities majoring in any discipline
* Have at least 1-2 years related working experiences in HR/ Administration area
* Hard worker, highly motivated and detail oriented (have good administrative skills)
* Excellent communication especially in English both oral and written

HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR FOR CENTRO BALI
Requirements :

* Male/Female around 26-29 years old
* Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities
* Have at least 3-5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record in well known retail industry
* Posses deep knowledge in program development, modul/ competency development and talent management also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
* Excellent communication in English both oral and written

Sriwijaya AirSriwijaya Air is an airline headquartered in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. It offers domestic flights to major cities in Indonesia and limited International destinations. PT. Sriwijaya Air began service in November 10, 2003 with route Jakarta-Pangkal Pinang. Then add new routes Jakarta-Jambi and Jakarta-Palembang. In their first year, Sriwijaya Air experienced such rapid growth. Until mid-2009 Sriwijaya Air has been operating with 23 aircraft, serving more than 33 domestic routes and 2 regional routes.
