Due to the expansions, we invite qualified and highly motivated people to join and develop our dynamic and challenging environment for the position of:1. Supply and Maintenance Manager (SME Manager)
- Responsible for operations of Workshop & Warehouse
- Responsible to support design & trouble shooting problems of equipment /tools
- Ensure measure equipment calibrated as standard
- Coordinate mobilization / demobilization equipment from warehouse to project location
- Manage all materials, equipments, tools availability and ensure them ready for use
- Minimum 5 year experience in managerial level in oil & gas service company
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
2. HSE Manager
- Responsible for the company s HSE role
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001, HSE Role, Standard & Safety Management System
- Coordinate routine check on HSE and evaluate HSE procedures in office and project location
- Improve and develop systems comply to HSE
- Coordinate all HSE documents for project tender
- Coordinate identifying hazardous potency and environment impact
- Coordinate to provide HSE training to enhancing HSE awareness
- Hold “K3 Umum” certification (K3 Migas is preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas company as HSE Manager
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or HSE
3. HSE Officer
- Review and analyze condition hazardous potency and setting up system for compliance to HSE requirement
- Plan, conduct and ensuring HSE program in all work location also arrange HSE audit schedule
- Provide HSE advice to all employee to ensure the activities are in compliance to HSE objective
- Provide HSE training to enhance safety awareness
- Minimum 2 years experience in oil & gas company as Safety Officer
- Hold ”K3 Umum “ certification (K3 Migas is preferred)
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or HSE
- Willing to be stationed in site project
4. HSE Administration Staff
- Familiar with CSMS and prepare HSE documents for tender
- Responsible for all HSE documents, filling them
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001, HSE Role, Standard & Safety Management System
- Update changes of data and HSE procedures in regulation requirement
- Hold “K3 Umum” certification (K3 Migas is preferred)
- Minimum 1 years experience in oil & gas company
- Diploma of HSE or any Engineering
5. Inventory Control
- Responsible for material in warehouse and its documentation
- Prepare maintenance on inventory with relevant documents
- Record on stock card for receiving and outgoing material
- Conduct monthly and annually stock count
- Implement proper storage and proper identification for every material
- Excellent planning and organization skill
- Experience in Warehouse Management System & Inventory Control especially in oil and gas service company
- Minimum 3 year in inventory control
- Bachelor in Engineering
6. IT Staff
- Responsible for hardware, software and network maintaining
- Familiar with one of programming language
- Perform scheduled monitoring also investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusion
- Perform daily back up operations to appropriate media
- Develop and maintain configuration & installation procedures
- D3 Informatics Management or Computer
7. Purchasing Administration Staff
- Responsible for purchasing record as system requirement
- Receive purchase order and monitoring order until delivered on schedule
- Perform purchase register and vendor list
- Computer literate, excellent filing and communicate in English both oral & written
- Familiar in business correspondence
- Female and detail oriented for documentation
- D3 any major
8. Treasury Staff
- Responsible for purchasing relevant documentation e.g. invoice, shipping document, PO/WO, delivery order, etc.
- Monitoring and updating outstanding invoice
- Understand tax (VAT and PPh)
- Computer literate, excellent filing and communicate in English both oral & written
- Female and detail oriented documentation
- D3 Tax or Accounting
