
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (JR- TSE)
Area of responsibilities:
- Creates and review design, drawings, oh (data base information), technical specification etc. of existing technology or applications using basic/engineering principles & specific procedures.
- Makes layout, analyzes design, evaluates equipment systems and generates new equipment designs by using CAD/CAM and database systems.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, procedure, specification and technical calculations.
- Travels occasionally to field sites to assists with product related issues.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Petroleum/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
- Have 1-3 solid experience in oil and gas industry is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply,
- Basic understanding of engineering practices, mechanical design, arid calculation.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to secure information, identify key issues and understand cause-effect relationships
- Willingness to travel occasionally to field sites.
Area of responsibilities:
- Performs completely daily inspection of dimensional verification, mechanical testing, and non destructive examination.
- Prepares inspection report and follow up for any deviation
- Performs inspection/witness with third party/customer or supplier
- Maintains calibration of all measuring equipments. Specific Requirements:
- D3 (Diploma) with minimum 1 years mechanical/other technical experience.
- Have basic knowledge on Inspection technique, non destructive examination, mechanical testing and. measuring equipment calibration.
- Knowing the ISOIAPI specification, Technical Drawing of wellhead & Christmas Tree product is an advantage.

Area of responsibilities
- Manages the HR transactional such as payroll, medical claim, employment changes to be performed within required service level
- Supports HR Manager in the development of HR strategy/plan, policies and procedures, especially in remunerations strategy
- Manages the implementation of compensation and benefits system, staffing, people development, performance management, well-being program and general affairs
- Manages the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participates in the implementation of HR Project
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in human resources with at least3 years in supervisory position
- Familiar with salary survey job analysis & evaluation, and remuneration administration
- Having good knowledge of RI Law No. 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with the ability to secure Information, identify key issues and understand Cause-effect relationships.
- Interpersonal sensitivity with the ability to maintain harmonious relationships with all level of employees
- Customer service orientation
Area of responsibilities:
- Performs the Installation and testing of the company s offshore/onshore equipment (wellhead and Xmas tree).
- Prepares and organizes the equipment and tooling maintenance in the field and shop.
- Maintains historical data, Inventory and repair history for equipment, tooling and spare parts.
- Diploma Degree (D3) majoring In technical from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75 (scale of 4.00) or Technical High School with 7 years solid experience in field drilling operations.
- Previous oil and gas experience in direct technical service or field operations is preferred and familiarity with offshore/onshore Installations would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit for onshore/offshore work in Irregular working hours.
- Must have ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to make efforts to understand and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Willingness to work at oil fields.
Area of responsibilities:
- Manages, coordinates and executes the work order received arid ensure all relevant resources are available and performed in accordance with specified requirements.
- Generates testing report and communicate with appropriates parties to transfer the assembled and tested equipment for the next process.
- Demonstrates good housekeeping at assembly and testing work station and ensure all work performed aligned with HSE requirement.
- Performs assembling and testing wellhead components with utilize assembling hand tools of moderate complexity, requiring some fitting and adjusting
- Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in technical or Technical High school (production machines) with one year related experience in mechanical assembly environment.
- Well understanding and able to apply technical mathematic, measurement, all technical drawing.
- Well understanding and able to use assembly hand tools
- Proficiency in English both oral and written is mandatory.
- Computer literate and its related software
- High motivation to enforce quality standards.
- A team player with the ability to work effectively with others to accomplish job objectives
