1. After Sales Supervisor (Reference no. 253)
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of experiences operational role within the aftermarket in Mining Industry.
- Have strong knowledge of Pronto (ERP system).
- Excellent knowledge of customer service concepts.
- Able to demonstrate to lead a team of people in improvement rich environment.
- Must be willing to be work in Balikpapan based.
- Excellent level of English in verbal and written skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Economy/Management.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Fuel and Oil Inventory Stock management field.
- Good command of written and spoken English Language.
- Having good Microsoft office.
- Having good relationship and service mind.
- Having basic knowledge of mechanical.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking.
- Willing to be placed in Bontang, East Kalimantan.
3. Senior Geologist (Reference no. 370)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Mining Engineering or Geology.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Coal Exploration.
- Having good knowledge in Geological mapping, outcrop sampling, survey control drilling (core logging & sampling).
4. Remuneration and Benefits Superintendent (Reference no. 362)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and / or administration of Compensation and Benefits programs.
- Compensation and Benefits certification preferred.
- Graduated Mining Engineer.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning.
- Capability to operating Surpac software.
- Previous management and supervisory experiences.
- Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
- Willing to be placed in remote areas.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Primavera, AutoCAD, Staadpro.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Civil Engineer or Supervisor/Team Lead for road and bridge design and construction.
- 1 contract position is available.

7. Safety Manager (Reference no. 360)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from OHS Engineering and Environmental engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in managerial level.
- Possess a POU Certificate.

- Qualification in bachelor degree of Mining Engineering.
- Have experience and good understanding in Mine design and scheduling concept & operations. Concept and operations in material handling and processing.
- Have knowledge in Mining principles, material processing and blending concept and operations: an awareness of mine regulatory requirement : Industry best practice & standards OHS&E regulations and rules.
- Ready to work in remote area.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- General computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access and Knowledge of mining software.
9. Maintenance Superintendent – Fixed and Mobile Plant (Reference no. 368)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Candidates with mine site based experience are encouraged to apply.
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience in mining or related industries is required for this position.
- Good command of written and spoken English Language.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Proven leadership skill.
- Knowledge and experience in light vehicle maintenance.
10. Project Facilitator (Reference no. 373)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the food service industry or Hotel Management or related field is required for this position.
- Male or female with an ability to travel regularly to operational sites throughout Indonesia.
- Strong computing skills are essential as is good communication/training ability and a background in the hospitality/food service industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English Language is a must.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
