Sales Admin Supervisor (code : Sales Adm SPV) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Making Sales Report and Analysis, Sales Representative Review and Customer Analysis.
* Compiling and Monitoring Weekly Report.
* Prepare for Monthly Report for Area Manager.
* Sales Order Monitoring
* Up Date Customer Database.
* Incentive Calculation base on decided formula.
* Print Corticated Seminar / In House Training

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* At least 2 - 5 year(s) of working experience, preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Data analyse and present/Administrative Support or equivalent in Chemical business or in related field.
* Familiar and common work with Ms Office, especially good in Ms Word, Ms Excel and also PowerPoint.
* Good typing and presentation skills.
* Able to analyse and present data.
* Good in English (Written & Verbally).
* Good communication skill and good team work.

Bioscience Sales Specialist (code : BSS) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Selling the Company’s Bioscience products.
* Winning new accounts and maximizing the sales value and profitability from existing customers.
* Generating appointments, visiting key customers and following up actions from customer visits.
* Preparing quotations for customers and timely follow up of quotations.
* Arranging samples and obtaining feedback on sample performance.
* Maintenance of CRM database.
* Maintaining literature stocks for customer visits & exhibitopns.
* Providing regular market intelligence on competition activity & bioscience customers.
* Feedback into local marketing activities & promotions.

Requirements:

* Max. Age 30 years, Life Science background, notably Molecular Biology, Protein Expression, Cell Biology or Immunology.
* Preferably qualified to PhD level or at least bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* At least 3 years laboratory-based research experience (especially Molecular Biology Lab) is highly desirable.
* Previous sales experience (Molecular Biology Products) would be advantageous but not essential.
* Commercially orientated with strong communication and influencing skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent organization skills.
* A pro-active team player with the determination to succeed in a field sales role and to deliver in a highly competitive market place.
* Based on territory, successful applicant should have a good knowledge of the region and of the life science industry.
* Willing to upcountry all around Indonesia.
* Fluent in local language and English.

Quality Control Supervisor (code: QC SPV) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Ensure that quality and HSE system & procedures (SOPs) are implemented in QC activities inline with quality standards/ cGMP, GLP, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001;
* Ensure that the QC‘s SOPs, Testing Procedures, Specifications and other QC document are proper and valid;
* Ensure that the Out of Specification procedure is implemented & reported;
* Responsible to coordinate the QC activities, improve productivity and efficiency;
* Responsible to review testing results of products & monitoring and ensure that the results comply with the specifications before forwarding to QC Manager;
* Responsible for Analytical Method Validation and completeness of Analytical Method Validation Report.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from a reputable university, major Chemisry, Pharmacy;
* Experienced in Pharmaceutical industry / QC Laboratory;
* A Pharmacist with at least 3 years experiences in QC Laboratory (Chemical, Instrumentation and Microbiological);
* At least 2 years experiences as a QC Supervisor;
* Knowledge on GLP, cGMP standard and knowledge on work safely in QC Lab.
* Knowledge on QC Instrumentation such as HPLC, Spectrophotometer, etc.
* Knowledge related to QC test methods, e.g. microbiological test, titrimetry, chromatography, spectrophotometry, etc. and equipment calibration.
* Good communication skill, good team work and able to lead and develop people.

Purchasing Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Organize, control, and enforce procurement procedures, review and recommend cost effective solution, verify purchased goods, establish and administer vendor agreement in line with company policy and risk assessment. Ensure compliance in line with the agreed policy and direction.
* Ensure economic value advantages will be achieved in procurement activities.
* Take initiate for Cost saving/ Cost Reduction programmed.
* Review, recommend and manage the day to day operations of the company’s contracted third party distribution company. Develop and monitor the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the relationship and actively manage any deficiencies.
* Develop good and effective communication with other related functions including but not limited to suppliers, PPIC, QC, Production, Warehousing and Finance for assuring smooth operation as per production planning and delivery commitment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from a reputable university, major Economic, Management, Engineering eg Industrial.
* Min 8 years experiences, preferably in pharmaceutical/FMCG industries.
* Knowledge in import procedures, terms of financial, delivery and international payment terms.
* Ability to set up tenders, establishing & measuring contracts performance.
* Know about Pharmaceutical regulatory.
* Good Managerial and Negotiation skill
* Computer literacy (Ms. Office), common with ERP system, e.g. Scala, SAP
* Fluent in English (oral & written).

CH Dossier Development Supervisor (code : DDS) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Assess existing product documentation according to BPOM/ASEAN requirements.
* Propose actions with regards to dossier status/ quality and prioritize such actions
* Review avaliable procedures referring to the current procedures on the latest compendia, and propose improvement actions and steps.
* Coordinate with QC/QA to perform updated procedure/testing/documentation of CH products.
* Collect data from QC/QA/R&D to update the dossiers of the products.
* Work closely with QC/QA/R&D to innitiate actions and improvement in order to supply required documentation

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from a reputable university, major Pharmacy.
* At least 3 years experienced in the pharmaceutical industry (OTC) or Fast Moving Customer Goods in the field of regulatory. Exposure to regulatory aspects outside of Indonesia. Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Good analytical thinking, problem solving & decition making skills, creativity and organization planning skills.
* Good Typing skill, common work with computer (especially with Ms. Office & Exel).
* Fluent in English (oral & written).
