Head of Project/Engineering Department (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
The Position
The successful candidate will report to the Operation Manager, accountable to Plan, direct and control all project from the date of award to the project completion and hand over in order to ensure all project are running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all company’s and technical standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.
The incumbent shall actively promote Grundfos’s solution and product to potential and loyal customers. This position will require essential engineering competence and hands-on experience in project management.
Requirements:
The Person
* Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil
* Experience in Project Management, especially in Government or Public Projects is a MUST
* Experience as Project Estimator or Project Leader in Government project
* Strong Managerial and Leadership skill
* Good proven track with BUMN’s contractor or consultant company will be advantageous
* Strong analytical & technical knowledge
* Excellent communication & presentation skill
Sales Engineer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Accountable to become sales liaison for Grundfos and strategic sales partner for sales-distributors .
* The incumbent shall actively promote Grundfos’s solutin and product to potential and loyal customers.
* This position will require essential technical knowledge and hands-on experience in pump sales areas.
Requirements:
* Highly motivated and self driven
* Strong building relationship skills
* Pumps and application knowledge will be advantage
* Experience in dealership management
* Minimum 3 year experience in Sales of Technical Equipment
* Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Preferable)
* English proficiency (active) and computer literature
* Strong analytical & technical knowledge
* Excellent communication & presentation skill
Regional Sales Engineer (Jakarta Raya)
