Based in SURABAYA, the incumbent of this position will assist management proactively with cost containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities & safeguarding of the company’s asstes, including interrogating the company system to analyze footfall and activities within the company.

Job requirement:
* Min. Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting Management
* Min. 10 years experience in the service industry within the finance & accounting function, prefereably having several years experience in hotel industry
* Able to develop, monitor and maintain management information system & procedures
* Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organisational development
* Excellent communication skills and leadership quality
* Highly initiative person & excellent team player
* Able to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
