SALES EXECUTIVE (East Java, Central Java and Sumatra)
Main Area of Work Responsibilities :

1. Market analysis and setting business goals
  • Collect market information and competition
  • Analyze market information and seek the feedback
  • Set business goals based on market analysis and link to the company business goals
2. Provide and achieve sales budget set
  • Communicate sales budget with supervisor/peers/related functions to get support
  • Set dealer’s target
  • Provide clear guidance to directs reports to achieve sales budget
3. Develop and execute marketing program to achieve sales budget
  • Set marketing strategy to achieve sales budget by involving related function communicate it with Marketing Lead to get feedback and support
  • Develop marketing/promotion plan based on market analysis : demo, technical meeting/ farmer’s meeting, FFD, etc
  • Communicate with Marketing Lead to seed feedback/guidance
4. Maintain and build relationship with customers
  • Do customer’s call with : distributor, dealer, enduser
  • Seeking feedback from customer to have improvement
  • Handles incoming customer complaint from field and process it properly
  • Work together with field team, supply chain and manufacture
5. Manage inventory
  • Monitor product availability in the market
  • Provide supply plan to the market based on market demand
  • Manage seed obsolesces
6. Implement DPR process to all peoples
  • Set personal development plan and communicate it to supervisor
  • Look for coach to get support
  • Develop measurement for success on personal development
Requirement :
  • Graduate/post graduate in Agriculture Faculty from reputable university
  • Having experience in commercial company as sales or marketing at least 3 – 5 years
  • Having experience to drive sales and marketing activities in the field
  • Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative, and foresight skill
  • Having planning and organizing skill
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
