General Manager in Mining Area (s)
Description :
- Reports directly to Managing Director
- Responsible for all activities in Bauxite Mining at Site
- Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Responsibilities for day today operation in terms of managing the mine activities in order to achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
- Male
- Age max 45 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable Univ. preferably in Mining
- Literate Mining experience min 5 year; Bauxite Mining and Processing experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy is a must
- Detail oriented, organized and strong problem solving skills
- High integrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate and careful in doing controlling the data
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadline, hard working, initiative & good team work
- Proven track record as a contributory member to senior management team with the ability to work along side with to workers
- Minimum POM certified; good knowledge of HSE

- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Bauxite is an advantage
- Computer Literacy is a must Detail oriented, organized and strong problem solving skills
- High integrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills
