GUEST SERVICE OFFICER (GSO)
Qualification:
- Female Max 28 years old
- Min DIII or S1
- Having Min. 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Customer Service or SPG Event
- Having a good performance and appearance
- Pleasant personality and is customer service oriented
- Height Min. 160 cm proportional
- Excellent in English oral and written (TOEFL or TOEIC Test Min 500 will be advantage)
- Willing to work on Store Operation
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Requirements :
- Male or Female, max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree graduates majoring in Accounting / Finance
- At least 5 years working experiences in related position and excellent historical record on Business Development
- Having experience in Retail property, Tenant relation, and Developer relation
- Expert in financial analyst for feasibility study
- Able with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting skill
- Must have strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Self motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work
MARKETING MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree
- Having min 5 years experience at the same position in retail company is a must
- Expert in Developing Brand Image and CRM
- Excellent negotiation and dealing with Bank & Brand promo.
- Having knowledge of a wide range of marketing & sales techniques and concepts
- Having a good presentation and communication skill
- Target oriented; proficient in English both oral and written.
